Sacha Inchi Seed Shelling Machine, which consists of two main parts: a sugar seed shelling unit and a Sacha Inchi seed sorting and cleaning unit. It has a special feature: the sugar seed shelling unit consists of a feeding hopper (1) for putting sugar seeds into, where the sugar seeds are conveyed by a conveyor (2) up into a feeding hopper (3) which has a sufficient slope for the seeds to flow down into the outlet (14). At the bottom of the feeding hopper (3), there is a rotary (4) driven by a power unit. The power unit is an electric motor (15) which transmits power and reduces the speed by a gearbox (16) and a belt or chain (17) to a predetermined speed for releasing the seeds into the shelling chamber (5). The shelled sugar seeds move out of the shelling chamber (5) through the conveyor tray (6). When the sugar seeds are rotary (4), they are released from the outlet (14) and fall into a pipe (18) which is a seed guide pipe into the inlet (19) of the seed centrifuge (20). The seed centrifuge (20) has a shaft driven by a power unit, where the power unit is an electric motor (21) and the power is transmitted and reduced to a suitable speed by a belt or chain (22). The inlet (19) is located at the center of the centrifuge (20) and in this area there are a number of seed guide grooves (23) that are evenly spaced along the radius. This seed guide groove (23) may be perpendicular or at an angle to the surface of the seed discharge port (19) to force the seeds that are thrown out to hit the wall (24) inside the shelling chamber (5), preventing the seeds from colliding or hitting each other before moving to hit the wall (24), which would reduce the centrifugal force so that the seeds are not shelled under the wall (24). This wall (24) has a textured surface to increase the friction between the seeds and the material of the wall (24). When the seeds hit the wall (24) by centrifugal force, the shells crack and fall off. The shelled seeds fall to the bottom of the shelling chamber (5) and flow out through the conveyor tray (6), which is sloped enough for the seeds and shells to flow out of the conveyor tray outlet (6) by gravity, falling into the conveyor pipe (7), the Sacha Inchi seed sorting and cleaning unit, which has a main component of a suction fan (8) to suck out the shells. The seed separating screen (9) allows the shelled sugar seeds to flow out of the outlet into the conveyor pipe (7) until they enter the inlet (25) of the vacuum fan (8), which contains a vacuum fan (26) and several inclined plates (27) mounted vertically in front of the vacuum fan (8). The inclined plates (27) are arranged in a zigzag pattern to spread the seeds and shells into a thin layer while slowing down the speed to prevent the seeds from falling freely. The inclined plates (27) can also be adjusted to create narrower or wider gaps to open or close off the airflow into the vacuum fan (8), which adjusts the air velocity to varying degrees, affecting the suction of shells of different weights. The vacuum fan shaft (8) is driven by an electric motor (28) and the power is transmitted and reduced to the appropriate speed by a belt or chain drive. (29) The appropriate rotation speed is obtained so that the shells, which are lighter than the seeds, are pulled out by the wind current. The seeds and other things that are heavier than the shells fall into the outlet (30) and into the sorting and sizing sieves (9), which have a number of sieves depending on the size of the seeds to be separated. The hole sizes are arranged from the top to the bottom, from largest to smallest. The top sieve (10) is responsible for separating the unhulled seeds, which are larger than the shelled seeds and are held on the sieve holes and moved out of the sieve by the rocking motion of the sieve. The second sieve separates the shelled seeds, which are the off-white seeds that have been shelled whole. The third sieve separates the seeds that have been shelled and broken into small pieces. The last sieve is a tray to catch the small seeds and broken seeds. This sorting and sizing sieve assembly (9) is driven by an electric motor (31) which transmits power and reduces the speed appropriately by a belt or chain (32) to drive a camshaft (33) mounted at the base of the sorting and sizing sieve assembly (9). The movement of the camshaft (33) is a conversion of angular velocity into linear velocity, thus causing the sorting and sizing sieve assembly (9) to move linearly back and forth, creating an upward oscillation. The outflow of seeds relies on the force from the oscillation of the sieves combined with the angle of inclination of the sieves, which can be adjusted by flat metal plates (34) to have different heights. At the end of each sieve layer there are separate outlets (11) to allow the separated seeds in each sieve layer to fall into a receiving container. ------------ Page 1 of 1 page Claim 1. Sacha Inchi seed shelling and cleaning equipment It consists of a feeder hopper (1), where sugar kernels are conveyed by a conveyor (2) into the feeder hopper (3). At the bottom of the feeder hopper (3), a rotary (4) releases the kernels into the shelling chamber (5). The shelled sugar kernels move out of the shelling chamber (5), through a conveyor tray (6), and into a conveyor pipe (7) connected to a fan (8) to separate out the lighter shells. The cleaned kernels fall into a sorting sieve (9) which has several sieves depending on the size of the kernels to be separated. The top sieve (10) separates the unshelled sugar kernels, and the shelled kernels, which are smaller than the sieve holes, fall into the next sieve, which has progressively smaller sieve holes, until the final sieve, which is a solid tray, to catch the smallest kernels and/or broken kernels. The kernels from each sieve move out to the kernel outlet (11).
