Abstract
การผลิตสีใส่อาหารจากมันสำปะหลัง โดยสภาพ submerged cultivation เป็นวิธีที่สะดวกและควบคุมง่าย ใช้วัตถุดิบราคาถูก สี ที่ได้จะใช้ได้ในส่วนการเซลและน้ำใส นอกจากนี้วิธีนี้ยัง สะดวก ในการควบคุมให้เกิดสีต่าง ๆ เช่น สีเหลือง แดง แดงม่วง ส้ม ชมพู บานเย็น กรรมวิธีนี้เห็นได้ชัดว่า มีต้นทุนการผลิตต่ำ ปัญหาน้ำเหลือทิ้งมีน้อย และสามารถปรับใช้แบบหมักแห้งในถุง พลาสติกได้เช่นกัน
Claims (4)
1. กรรมวิธีการผลิตสีใส่อาหาร (food colors) จากมันสำปะหลัง โดยใช้เชื้อราแดงในสภาพการเลี้ยงแบบหมักเปียก (submerged fermentation) และหมักแห้งในถุงพลาสติกทนร้อน
2.โดยวิธีการเลี้ยงเชื้อราแดงด้วยอาหารมันสำปะหลังในสภาพ submerged cultivation จะทำให้ได้สีทั้งในส่วนกากเซล และ ส่วนน้ำ ซึ่งสามารถนำไปเป็นสีใส่อาหารทั้ง 2 ส่วน
3.โดยวิธีการเลี้ยงเชื้อราแดงบนท่อนมันสำปะหลังสดหรือมัน เส้นที่ซึมซับสารละลายไนโตรเจนเอาไว้ในสภาพหมักแห้งในถุง พลาสติกทนร้อน ก็จะทำให้ได้ท่อนมันที่มีสีได้เช่นกัน
