Abstract
กระเบื้องซิเมนต์ใยหินผสมเยื่อ เป็นวัสดุใช้ในการก่อสร้างและ/หรือตกแต่งอาคารบ้านเรือน มีลักษณะเป็นแผ่นเรียบสำหรับ ทำฝาหรือฝ้าเพดาน หรือเป็นลอนลักษณะต่าง ๆ หรือครอบสำหรับ มุงหลังคา หรืออื่น ๆ ส่วนผสมประกอบด้วย ใยหิน ซิเมนต์ เยื่อเซลลูโลสที่มีข้อกำหนดตามต้องการ และน้ำ ผสมกันให้มี ความเข้มข้นพอเหมาะ แล้วส่งเข้าเครื่องระบบ HATSCHEK หรือ MAGNANI ผลิตเป็นแผ่นเรียบหรือแผ่นลอนสีธรรมชาติ หรือสี พื้นต่าง ๆ ด้วยส่วนผสมซึ่งประกอบด้วยสีผง (INORGANIC PIGMENT) ซิเมนต์ขาวหรือเทา (ASTM TYPE 1) FILLER เช่น KAOLIN เป็น ต้น และน้ำตามต้องการ หลังจากเรียงแผ่นด้วยแผ่นเหล็กแล้วนำ ไปบ่มในอุโมงค์ซึ่งเป็นการบ่มในอากาศเป็นเวลาประมาณ 8 ช.ม. เพื่อให้ผลิตภัณฑ์มีกำลังแข็งแรงเพียงพอแก่การแกะแยกผลิต ภัณฑ์ออกจากแผ่นเหล็ก จากนั้นบ่มต่อในอากาศธรรมดาอีกประมาณ 5 - 7 วัน ก่อนขาย หรือพ่นสี FINISH COAT บนกระเบื้องที่ พ่นสีพื้นไว้ แล้ว ก่อนจะนำออกจำหน่ายต่อไป สำหรับ FINISH COAT ประกอบ ด้วย PASTE (มีสีผง INORGANIC PIGMENT, FILLER เช่น KAOLIN และน้ำผสมอยู่ด้วยกัน), ACRYLIC, ANTIFOAM, FILMING AID และน้ำผสมกันให้มี SOLIDS CONTENT 30 - 35% และ PVC 9-20
Claims (2)
1. กรรมวิธีผลิตแผ่นกระเบื้องซิเมนต์ใยหินผสมเยื่อ แบบแผ่นเรียบหรือครอบสีธรรมชาติ ซึ่งประกอบด้วยขั้นตอนการเตรียม ชั่งตวง และผสมวัตถุดิบ ซึ่งมีใยหิน ซิเมนต์ เยื่อเซลลูโลส และน้ำเข้าด้วยกัน แล้วส่งไปทำแผ่นเรียบที่ระบบเครื่อง HATSCHEK หรือ MAGNANI หรือทำกระเบื้องครอบ (MOULDED ARTICLES) แล้วเรียงแผ่นไปบ่มในอากาศ เพื่อให้ได้ผลิตภัณฑ์ ที่มีคุณภาพเหมาะสมแก่การใช้งานก่อสร้าง ทำฝา ฝ้าเพดาน หรืออื่น ๆ
