สาร N-(1-กลุ่มแทนที่ -(4,5-ไดไฮโดร-1H-พิราโซล-4-อิล) เบนซะไมด์ ที่เป็นสารใหม่ที่มีสูตรทั่วไปดังนี้ (สูตรทางเคมี) โดยที่ R เป็นอัลคิลที่มีน้ำหนักโมเลกุลต่ำ หรือ ไซโคลอัลคิล หรือเฟนิลอัลคิลที่มีน้ำหนักโมเลกุลต่ำ R1 คัด เลือกมาจาก ไฮดรอกซี ไซยาโน ไนโตร อมิโน เมทธิลอมิโนไดเมทธิลอมิโน ฮาโล ไทรฟลูออโรเมทธิล อัลคิลที่มีน้ำหนักโมเลกุลต่ำ อัลคอกซีที่มีน้ำหนักโมเลกุลต่ำ ซัลฟามอยล์หรืออะเซทธะมิโด n เป็นเลขจำนวนเต็มตั้งแต่ 1 ได้จนถึง 3รวมทั้ง กลุ่ม R1 ก็อาจเหมือนกันหรือต่างกันก็ได้เป็นสารที่ได้นำมาเปิดเผยว่ามีประโยชน์ในทางใช้บังคับการทำงานของกล้ามเนื้อกระเพาะอาหาร และแก้อาเจียนในสัตว์ และในการใช้ในสิ่งปรุงต่างๆ ที่เป็นยาสำหรับสัตว์ นอกจากนี้ก็ได้เปิดผยกรรมวิธีสำหรับเตรียมสารประกอบเหล่านี้โดยการทำปฏิกิริยาออกซิเดชั่นของ 1,2-กลุ่มแทนที่สองกลุ่ม -N-(4-พิราโซลิดินิล) เบนซะไมด์ กับสารไฮโปคลอไรท์โลหะ

1.กรรมวิธีสำหรับเตรียม N-(1-กลุ่มแทนที่ -(4,5-ไดไฮโดร-1H-พิราโซล-4-อิล) เบนซะไมด์ ที่มีสูตร (สูตรทางเคมี) โดยที่ R คัดเลือกมาจากกลุ่มอัลคิลที่มีน้ำหนักโมเลกุลต่ำ ไซโคลอัลคิล หรือเฟนิลอัลคิลที่มีน้ำหนักโมเลกุลต่ำ R1 คัดเลือกมาจาก ไฮดรอกซี ไซยาโน ไนโตร อมิโน เมทธิลอมิโนไดเมทธิลอมิโน ฮาโล ไทรฟลูออโรเมทธิล อัลคิลที่มีน้ำหนักโมเลกุลต่ำ อัลคอกซีที่มีน้ำหนักโมเลกุลต่ำ ซัลฟามอยล์หรืออะเซทธะมิโด n เป็นเลขจำนวนเต็มตั้งแต่ 1 ถึง 3 รวมทั้ง 3 และ R1 อาจเป็นกลุ่มที่เหมือนกันหรือต่างกันก็ได้ ซึ่งกรรมวิธีประกอบด้วยขั้นตอนดังนี้ คือ ขั้นตอน 1. นำสารประกอบที่มีสูตร (สูตรทางเคมี) โดยที่ R และ R1 มีความหมายตามที่จำกัดความไว้ข้างบน หรือนำเกลือของสารดังกล่าวนี้ก็ได้ มาทำปฏิกิริากับสารไฮโปคลอไรท์ของโลหะอัลคะไล หรืออัลคะไลน์ เอิร์ธ ที่อุณหภูมิ 0 ถึง -30 ซ. ขั้นตอน 2, ทำการแยกผลิตผลออกมาโดยวิธีที่ใช้กันทั่วไป
