2. กรรมวิธีในการประดิษฐ์ ดีเอนเอ ตามข้อถือสิทธิ 1 ซึ่ง ภายในยีนโครงสร้างที่เป็นรหัสของแอนติเจนพื้นผิวมีลำดับเบส ซึ่งครอบคลุมเบสลำดับที่ 127-807 หรือชิ้นส่วนของมัน ดังแสดงในรูปที่ 4
