Description
(5) THIXOTROPIC DIPPING SOLUTION. LATCH
: ,1 - : ,one -
The invention relates to the construction of underground structures by means of immersion of subsurface wells in a ticotropic shirt, as well as a wall of a wall soil.
Known thixotropic solution 1 for immersion lining, containing bentonite clay, soda ash and water in the following ratio of components, weight: Bentonite clay 19.6 Soda ash 0.53 Water Else
The disadvantage of this solution is the need to replace it after the fixing device in the form of a shell, pile or panel type with a hardening solution.
The closest in technical essence and the achieved result to the invention is a thixotropic solution 2 for immersion support, including bentonite
глину и воду при следующем соотношении компонентов, вес.5 Бентонитова глина ВодаОстальноеclay and water in the following ratio of components, weight.5 Bentonite clay VodaEstalnoy
A disadvantage of the known solution is also the need to replace it with a hardening solution after the installation of the support.
The purpose of the invention is to ensure that the solution hardens after immersing the support, this will allow it to be used instead of cement-sand and to exclude the operation to replace the thixotropic solution with a solid one.
This aim is achieved in that the thixotropic solution for dipping standpipe support frame comprising bentonite clay and water do20 polnytelnosoderzhit cement, coal ash, sulfide-yeast mash on a sodium basis and superplasticizer based sulfonated naphthalene formaldehyde CMO-L ly the following ratio of the components neitov.ves .: Bentonite clay 6-15 Cement15-20 Carboniferous oxa28-33 Sulfide-yeast breeze on a sodium base0,25-O, Superlasticator based on sulfated naphthalimformadehyde oh resin o, 0j5 - 0.15 Water Else This ratio is established empirically, taking into account the definition of the setting time and thixotropic properties for each case. According to the working conditions for immersion of the drop support, the optimum setting time of the solution should be from 3 to A day. For this setting, the setting solution should retain its thixotropic properties, which are determined by the amount of spreading measured in accordance with current standards. The magnitude of the spreading should be within 1720 cm. Based on the experiments, the boundary conditions are determined, based on the boundary conditions of the values of the spreading of the solution until it hardens and the setting time. The results of the experiments are given in the table. The application of the proposed solution will allow to exclude from the construction technology of the constructions using the bottom way and using the wall in the ground operation to replace a thixotropic solution with a cement-sand hardening solution, since the proposed solution has both the properties of a thixotropic and a hardening solution. The proposed solution can also be used in the construction method of a wall in the soil of impervious curtains in order to avoid filling the curtain body with an impervious material.,
