Description
(54) POWER SUPPLY ROTARY UNIT
The invention relates to the field of machine tools, namely to devices for automatic loading of technological machines with piece cylindrical products, and ms to be used in both stationary and rotary power supply machines. A rotor power supply device is known that includes a housing, a bunker, in the bottom of which the gripping bodies are arranged evenly around the circumference, made in the form of beveled funnels mounted for rotation, the drive is oriented towards the products and the rotations of the automaton and the craters 1. The disadvantage of the known automaton is that it provides a chorus of neck hairs with a reference to a length of 1.5 or more in diameter. . However, when the ratio of lengths to diameter is less than 1.5 and small sizes of NEP Deliey, the inlet of the funnel becomes jammed with products, which leads to a complete power failure. Reducing the cross section of the inlet of the funnel in order to eliminate the above phenomena leads JC to the absence of agitating the products and dropping them into the funnel. The purpose of the invention is to increase the reliability of operation of the automaton with a single-oriented supply of products such as rotation bodies. This goal is achieved by the fact that each funnel is provided with a cylindrical rod installed coaxially with a through groove that forms a through channel with the inner surface of the funnel, the width of which is somewhat greater than the diameter of the product but less than its length and connected to the hopper at one end oriented products, with one end of the rod rigidly fixed in the housing and the other in the shape of a funnel, while the rod is bevelled from the side of the groove in the course of the rotation of the funnel. FIG. 1 depicts a rotary power supply, about the 1st gl / in fig. 2, section A-A of FIG. one; in fig. 3 - times; cut BB FIG. one. . The rotary power supply unit contains a housing 1 of a hopper 2 for storing a stock of non-oriented products 3. In the horizontal peripheral part of the bottom 4 of the hopper 2, gripping bodies are arranged uniformly around the circumference, made in the form of funnels angled obliquely at an angle of rotation B, which are kinematically associated with the drive of their rotation (not shown in the figures) by means of a V-belt transfer 7. In each funnel 5 and coaxially located:; Rods 8 mounted in ring 9, the latter fixed to housing 1; hopper 2. Rod 8 has a cylindrical shape., Passing into a conical, corresponding to the shape of a funnel, and a through groove 10 located on its generatrix and formed by two parallel walls, one of which has a bevel 11 along the course of the rotation of the funnel. funnel 5 forms a through channel 12 ,. providing the passage of only one product oriented along its axis and connecting the hopper 2 with the accumulator 13 of the oriented products 3. Rotary automatic power supply is mounted on the rack 14 and is driven into rotation by means of a drive (not shown in the figures) through a gear wheel rigidly mounted on shaft 15 automatic.
5,To eliminate the pressure of the upper layers of the products 3 on the bottom, located directly in the grip area at the funnels 5, the hopper 2 has a cylindrical shell 16 ,. which, with the walls of the bunker, forms a pre-bunker for accommodating the bulk of the products, and with a bottom surface; an annular slot 17, which makes it possible for the products to come into contact with the rotating funnels 5,
Rotary power supply operates as follows.
In the process of rotating the rotary power unit with respect to the fixed rack 14 of the product 3, which is located in the pre-bin, through the slit 17, the receiving parts of the rotating raven 5, which ensure their grip with their upper edge, arrive. The product 3 is moved up and down by the edge of the funnel 5 around the rod 8 until the rod grooves 10 along the guide bevel 11 of the latter. In product 10 groove 10, the product 3 brakes with the back wall of the groove and holds it
Таким Образом, предложенный автомат питани позволит при малых размерах изделий и отношением их длины к диаметру менее 1,5 обеспечить надежное ворошение, захват и ориентированную подачу издели в технологические машины.the rear end of the workpiece (in the course of the rotation of the funnel) is raised by the beveled edge of the funnel and, turning over, falls into the channel 12 formed by the rod and the inner surface of the funnel 5, oriented along its axis, and falls into the accumulator 13 of the oriented products 3 of the rotary power supply unit . The process then repeats. Thus, the proposed power supply will, with small sizes of products and a ratio of their length to diameter less than 1.5, ensure reliable agitating, grip and oriented delivery of the product to technological machines.
Применение изобретени позволит повысить надежность работы автомата при поштучной ориентированной подач изделий типа тел вращени .The application of the invention will improve the reliability of operation of the automaton in single-piece oriented feeds of products such as rotation bodies.
