Устройство дл подъема и перемещени грузов содержит тележку 1 с подъемной механизмом 2 в вертикальной плоскости платформой 3, на которой смонтированы направл ющие 4 с возможностью перемещени вдоль платформы и фиксации на ней. На направл ющих закреплены фиксаторы 5 дл креплени их относительно станины 15 пресса 6 и установлена каретка 7 с роликами 8 и 9. На каретке 7 монтируют сменные захватные органы 10. Дл транспортировани по цеху тележка I снабжена колесами 11, одно из которых поворотное водилом 12. Между направл ющими 4 на плат форме закреплена подставка 13 с упором 14. Перед началом работы по сн тию прессформы с пресса 6 устанавливают направл ющие 4 на платформе 3. Дл этого перемещают направл ющие вдоль платформы 3 и закрепл ют болтами. Затем устанавливают на направл ющие 4 каретку 7. Дл сн ти пресс-формы со станины пресса устройство с помощью водила 12 подвод т к прессу. Опускание платформы 3 осуществл етс путем вращени руко ткой 16 винта 17 механизма 2, в результате чего траверсы 18 и 19 расход тс и через систему т г 20, концы которых закреплены в колодках 21, платформа опускаетс вниз. Подъем платформы 3 осуществл етс аналогично при вращении винта 17 в обратную сторону. После выравнивани уровней платформы 3 и пресса 6 фиксаторы 5 поворачивают в нижнее положение и они вход т в пазы станины пресса. Перемещением каретки на роликах 8 по направл ющим тележки подвод т ее к пресс-форме таким образом , чтобы захватными органами 10 зацепить за упоры пресс-формы. Затем опускают каретку на ролики 8 и 9 и перемещают ее в обратную сторону, при этом оси роликов 9 взаимодействуют с полками 15 направл ющих, обеспечива безопасность и надежность перемещени каретки, при этом пресс-форма зависает в устойчивом положении . Каретку перемещают до тех пор, пока пресс-форма не окажетс под подставкой 13, на которую ее и устанавливают. Moving the carriage on the rollers 8 along the guides of the carriage brings it to the mold in such a way that the gripping bodies 10 to hook onto the stops of the mold. Then the carriage is lowered onto the rollers 8 and 9 and moved in the opposite direction, with the axes of the rollers 9 interacting with the rails 15 of the guides, ensuring the safety and reliability of the carriage movement, while the mold hangs in a stable position. The carriage is moved until the mold is under the stand 13 on which it is installed. The removal of the mold from the platform to the press frame is performed in reverse order.
