(54) WORKING EQUIPMENT OF THE EXCAVATOR
12.The invention relates to earthmoving machines, namely single-bucket excavators. A working equipment, including a boom, a handle with a profile ditch cleaning bucket and a drive 1 is known. The disadvantage of the equipment is that it cannot be used on cable-controlled excavators. Closest to the invention is working equipment for an excavator for cleaning channels, including a boom, a handle with a bucket, a rope and pulleys turning the bucket 2. However, the pulleys and ropes are subject to abrasive wear and their location reduces the effective capacity of the bucket and thereby reduces the performance of the excavator . The purpose of the invention is to increase productivity and reliability. The goal is achieved by the fact that in the working equipment of the excavator, including the boom, the arm with the bucket and the haul rope, the arm is equipped with a pivotally mounted balance bar, one end of which has a finger and is connected to the arm by means of a spring a bucket rope, while the bucket is equipped with a tooth that is installed with the possibility of interaction with the balancer pin. FIG. 1 shows schematically the working equipment, side view; in fig. 2 - the same, without a block. The working equipment consists of the boom 1, the arm 2, the pivotally mounted balance bar 3 on the axis 4, one end of which has a finger 5 and a spring 6. whereby the balance bar 3 is connected to the handle -2, and the other end of the balance bar 3 has a block 7, which bends around with a rope 8. The bucket 9 has a tooth 10, which interacts with a finger 5. In case of a palisped stocking of the rope, a block 11 is installed on the bucket with a casing 12 (Fig. 2). The equipment works as follows. In the initial position, the tooth 10 of the bucket 9 is locked by the finger 5 of the balancer 3. In this position the bucket 9 is fed into the channel of the channel. The profile of the tooth 10 is made so that when the rope 8 is tensioned, the balance bar 3 rotates around the axis 4, removing the pin 5 from engaging with the tooth of the bucket 10, releasing the latter, and then the bucket 9 begins to turn. At the same time, the bucket 9 is filled with soil known by means of the canal outside the channel, unloading the bucket 9 by the force of the weight. When the rope 8 is released, the bucket 9, turning, allows the ground to be unloaded, and then, moving further by inertia, the tooth 10, overcoming the resistance of the spring 6, depresses the balance bar 3 and drops onto the axis 4, thereby returning to its original position. In order to avoid soil ingress into the bucket block II, it is covered from below with a casing 12.
Устранение блоков и т говых канатов из зоны разработки грунта обеспечивает бесперебойную и надежную работу оборудовани , повыша производительность оборудовани .The removal of blocks and traction cables from the soil development zone ensures uninterrupted and reliable equipment operation, increasing equipment productivity.
