Description
1The initial water is treated with 5% -HiiiM waves with a solution of aluminum sulphate in the amount of 45.0 mg / l (in terms of), which is exposed to a magnetic field of 9.5-10 A / m electrocoagulation, ensuring the production of anodic-dissolved iron in the amount of O , 5 g per 1 liter of coagulum solution, in cylinders with a height of 432 mm with a conical bottom and stand for b and 36 min, which corresponds to the deposition of a coagulated suspension with a hydraulic size of 1.2 and 0.2 mm / s and more, then samples of a volume of 100 ml are taken from the top of the cylinder to determine Solids and chromaticity. Example 2. The same natural water and in the same amount as in Example 1 is treated with 5% Hbw water with a solution of aluminum sulphate and subsequently subjected to a magnetic field of 9.5 -10 L / m intensity, oxidized with chlorine and electrocoagulum It is ensured that anodic-dissolved iron is obtained in the amount of 0.5 g per 1 l of coagulant solution. The consumption of chlorine for the oxidation of the solution is based on the consumption of 3.5 g per 1 kg of ano-dissolved iron, i.e. 0.5 3.5-1.75 g per 1 liter of coagulant solution. The technological control of water clarification is the same as in Example 1. Example 3. The same natural water as in Example 1 is treated with 5% aqueous solution and aluminum sulphate in an amount of 55% of the amount taken in Example 1. Mode effects on the coagulant magnetic field solution, chlorine oxidation and electrocoagulation are similar to example 2. The process control of water clarification is the same as in the example. Studies conducted in the water of the river. Dnieper (treatment facilities of the city water supply system of Cherkasy), Table. 1 shows the comparative data of optical densities of coagulated impurities, when treating water with various doses of coagulant with known and proposed processing methods. In tab. 1 shows the average data from 4-5 studies, where the effectiveness of the proposed method for improving the coagulative properties of the coagulum solution is shown in comparison with the known methods, with the control experiment values taken as 100%. Table 1
В. 2V.table Table 2 shows the results of studies on the reduction of suspended matter, matter and color in water when processed in a known manner and according to the proposed method with a reduction in the coagulant dose by 45%. table 2

е. на более легкую и трудноудал емую взвесь (пример 3).Oxidation of coagulant solutions after magnetic treatment with subsequent electrocoagulation allows to intensify the processes of water clarification, which significantly reduces the content of suspended solids and color in comparison with the known (control) water clarification. Moreover, the latter relate to a suspension of m with a hydraulic size of 1.2 mm / s and more, and to a suspension of a hydraulic size of 0.2 mm / s and more. The influence of the proposed method on the intensification of sedimentation of a suspension with a hydraulic size of 0.2 mm / s, i.e. for a lighter and more difficult suspension (example 3).
На чертеже приведен график зависимости содержани взвешенных веществ в осветленной воде известной коагул ции (крива 1) и по предлагаемому способу (крива 2).The drawing shows a graph of the content of suspended solids in clarified water of known coagulation (curve 1) and according to the proposed method (curve 2).
The obtained results show the possibility of reducing the consumption of coagulum when using the proposed method for the method of clarifying water (an example without deteriorating the quality of clarified water.
2The proposed method allows to intensify the processes of water clarification and, in comparison with known methods, to improve the quality of clarified water, to reduce the consumption of reagents by 35-50% with obtaining a filtrate of the required quality, and that the Continuation Table. 2
