По основному авт.св. № известно самосвальное транспортное средство, используемое при горнотехнической рекультивации земель дл перевозки и разравнивани сыпучих материалов, которое содержит кузов и скребок П-образной формы, к верхней его части шарнирно присоединены т ги с прорез ми,в верхних част х бортов кузова закреплены пальцы дл перемещени в прорез х т г и рычаги, шарнирно св занные с рамой транспортного средства и жестко соединенные с нижней частью скребка С Однако при работе устройства на перевозке и разравнивании увлажненного грунта последний налипает на днище кузова. Это требует периодически производить очистку кузова от налипшего грунта. При этом дл очистки кузова устройства используют, как правило, одноковшовые экскаваторы с оборудованием обратной лопаты. Цель изобретени - улучшение эксплуатационных характеристик. Перед погрузкой грунта в кузов т га 3 с противовесом 6 и скребком 7 остаютс в первоначальном положении за счет парамет|5ов расположени грунта в объеме, образованном кузовом 1 и скребком 7. При этом насыпной грунт давит на скребок 7 с силой Р, прижима его к днищу кузова. По мере выгрузки и разравнивани грунта противовес 6 высвобождаетс от давлени последнего и разворачиваетс по радиусу R (фиг.З) с т гой 3 вокруг шарнира 4, образовыва слабину т ги между противовесом 6 и скребком 7. Последний, наход щийс под действием силы давлени Р и увле каемый выгружающимс грунтом, перемещаетс по днищу кузова и соскабливает прилипшие к нему частицы грун та. Скребок 7 прикрепл етс к т ге 3 на таком рассто нии, чтобы при пол ной выгрузке грунта рабоча кромка скребка находилась на уровне кромки торца днища,кузова (фиг.З, место А). После окончани выгрузки и разрав нивани грунта кузов устанавливаетс в транспортное положение. При этом под действием противовеса 6 т га 3 разворачиваетс вокруг шарнира Ц и устанавливает скребок 7 в исходное положение. Если по причине заклинивани или зацепа скребок 7 не может быть сразу установлен в исходное положение,то это достигаетс в процессе переезда порожнего транспортного средства за счет шевелени и подбрасываний скребка при движении по неровност м дороиного покрыти . Изобретение обеспечивает очистку днища кузова от налипшего грунта при каждом цикле выгрузки и разравнивани , установку скребка в исходное положение до загрузки новой порции грунта, а также услови ,при которых отпадает необходимость использовать дл очистки кузова экскаваторы с оборудованием обратной лопаты.
