Description
(54) ROLL-TAPE BELT CONVEYOR
1one
Изобретение относитс к конвейерному транспорту, а именно к крутонаклонным ленточным конвейерам, используемым дл перемещени сыпучих грузов как в горнорудной, строительной, так и в других отрасл х промышленности .The invention relates to conveyor transport, namely to steeply inclined belt conveyors used to move bulk cargo in both the mining, construction, and other industries.
1.A steeply inclined belt conveyor is known, which contains the envelope of the drive and bypass drums of the tape lying on the roller supports and retaining elements located above the carrying branch of the tape, made in the form of scrapers having rollers mounted on rails mounted on the frame of the conveyor along the edges of the belt. At the same time, the scrapers are interconnected by a traction body, which covers the conveyor in a vertical plane 1.
However, during operation of the conveyor, the belt has a longitudinal deflection between the roller supports, as a result of which the material located on the belt together with the belt moves relative to the scraper, causing it to rise, and consequently, of the rollers relative to the guides. In addition, when loading a large-capacity cargo onto a conveyor belt, the belt and especially scrapers are subject to considerable dynamic loads, which reduces the reliability of the conveyor.
2.The closest to the invention in terms of technical solution and the effect achieved is a steeply inclined belt conveyor, including a belt covering the drive and bypass drums, above the load-carrying branch of which are retaining elements made in the form of rigid scrapers supported on the belt and attached to the horizontal part of the suspensions connected to a traction body that goes around the bypass nodes and is supported on supports 2.
The disadvantage of this conveyor is that when loading loose and especially coarse material onto a tape, the scrapers and tape perceive significant dynamic loads, while the scrapers move in a vertical plane under the influence of the traffic flow, the free ends act on the tape. All this ° causes a devastating effect on the belt and scrapers, which leads to a decrease in the reliability of the conveyor.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the reliability of the operation of the conveyor by reducing the destructive effect of moving material on the retaining elements and the belt. The goal is achieved by the fact that in a steeply inclined belt conveyor, which includes a belt covering the drive and bypass drums, above the load-carrying branch of which p & retaining elements fixed on the horizontal part of the suspensions connected to the traction body, bending around the bypass nodes and resting on the supports, Each support element is made of flexible material with the possibility of the free end on the load-carrying branch of the tape along its longitudinal axis. In addition, each flexible retaining element is made of segments of chains or rubber bands. Each flexible support element can be made of a piece of tape. In addition, the horizontal part of each suspension is arcuate. The conveyor is provided with a guide for flexible suspension elements located at the drum covered by the belt from which the load-carrying branch of the belt moves. The conveyor can be provided at the entrance to the contact of the ends of the retaining elements with the tape, which in the vertical plane of the traction body deflects, with blocks. Pa figs. 1 shows a steeply inclined conveyor belt, general view; in fig. 2 shows section A-A in FIG. one; in fig. 3 shows an embodiment of a retaining element made of chain segments; in fig. 4 shows an embodiment of a retaining element made of strips; in fig. 5 shows an embodiment of a retaining element made of a tape section; in fig. 6 shows an embodiment of a boot unit located at the bottom of the conveyor. The steeply inclined conveyor belt contains a load-carrying tape 1, the load branch 2 of which is located on supporting grooved roller supports 3, and the idler branch 4 of the tape lies on the rolls 5. The roll supports 3 and the rolls 5 are fixed on the stand 6. The tape 1 covers the drive 7 and bypass 8 drums. In this case, the drum 8 is tensioned. A horizontal-closed on the bypass 9 and 10 pulley pulleys is located above the load-carrying branch of the belt, which can be pulled out, for example, from a rope 11 lying on supports made in the form of supporting blocks 12 fixed on beams 13 of pillars 14. With a rope 11 Suspensions 15 are provided, having a horizontal part 16, which is fixed to a retaining element made of flexible material, for example, segments 17, with the possibility of disposing the free ends of 18 retaining elements on the load-carrying branch of the tape along its length Axis 19. The horizontal portions of the 16 positioning fixtures 15 can be arcuate to form a grooved shape of the retaining elements. Flexible retaining element can be made of segments of rubber bands 20 or segment mite 21, also lying on the load-carrying branch of the tape along its longitudinal axis. The conveyor has a guide 22, made, for example, in the form of a sheet for flexible retaining elements located at the drum covered with tape, from which side the load carrying branch of the tape moves, i.e., when the load carrying branch of the tape moves upwards, the guide 22 is located in the lower part of the steeply inclined the conveyor, and when the load carrying belt moves downward, the guide 22 is installed in the upper part of the conveyor. To ensure that the free ends of the retaining elements are located along the longitudinal axis of the tape, deflecting cable 11 can be installed in the end sections in a vertical plane, blocks 23 and 24 located at different heights. The conveyor works as follows. When the belt 1 and the rope 11 are moved at equal speeds on the suspensions 15, for example, the chains 17 with the free ends move along the guide 22. At the same time, the free ends 18 of the retaining elements are deflected and positioned along the longitudinal axis 19 of the belt 1. with retaining elements suited to the loading device 25, from which the bulk material enters the free ends of the retaining elements located on the belt, pressing them against the belt. ialom. In addition, when striking loaded large pieces on the horizontal parts of the 16 hangers, the latter, while moving, do not transfer loads to the belt, since the retaining element is made of flexible material. The length of the free ends of the retaining elements can be chosen such that it covers the entire space of the belt between the retaining elements. When the conveyor is loaded on its lower part, i.e. when the belt moves upwards, the free ends of the retaining elements should be placed along the belt in the direction of its movement. This is achieved due to the fact that at the loading point the retaining elements are moved in the vertical plane by deflecting the rope 11 by the deflecting blocks 23 and 24. The horizontal distance between the blocks 23 and 24 is equal to the entry portion in contact with the tape of the free ends of the retaining elements. On inclined sections, the retaining elements prevent material from slipping down on the belt, and as the distance between the tape and the horizontal parts of the suspension changes, the retaining elements flex, not moving relative to the material, and thus do not act on the belt.
The proposed conveyor makes it possible to increase its reliability by reducing the damaging effects of the feed material on the conveyor belt and on the retaining elements. The economic effect of operating this conveyor is achieved by increasing the service life of the most expensive element of the conveyor belt, as well as by reducing the destruction of the retaining elements and reducing downtime of the conveyor installation.
