Description
(54) СПОСОБ ПОЛУЧЕНИЯ АРГОНА

Изобретение относитс к криогенной технике и может быть использовано, например, в установках разделени воздуха, снабженных блоками дл получени чистого аргона.
Известен способ получени чистого аргона , включающий отбор аргонной фракции из угла ректификации воздухоразделительной установки, получение сырого аргона низкотемпературной ректификацией аргонной фракции , очистку сырого аргона от кислорода и отгонку азота и водорода.
Баластным компонентом отдувочного газа вл етс только азот, а аргон и водород целесообразно утилизировать 1.
Недостатками этого способа вл ютс потери холода, а также аргона с водородом, сбрасываемыми в атмосферу в виде отдувочного газа.
Наиболее близким к предлагаемому вл етс способ получени аргона, включающий отбор аргэнной фракции из воздухоразделительной установки, ректификацию этой фракции в колонне сырого аргона с получением жидкой аргонной фракции и сырого аргона, подачу жидкой аргонной фракции в воздухоразделительную установку, очистку сырого аргона от кислорода, подачу его
в колонну чистого аргона дл очистки от азота и водорода, отвод отдувочных газов 2.
Недостатками данного способа вл ютс потер аргона с водородом в атмосферу в виде отдувочного газа, а также частична 5 потер холода.
Цель изобретени - повышегие )номичности способа путем увеличени стемони извлечени аргона.
Поставленна цель достигаетс тем, что согласно способу получени аргона, включающему отбор аргонной фрлкции из воздухоразделительной установки, ректификацию этой фракции в колонне сырого аргона , подачу жидкой аргонной фракции в воздухоразделительную установку, очистку сырого аргона от кислорода, подачу его в колонну чистого аргона дл очистки от азота и водорода, отвод из этой колонны отдувочных газов, отдувочные газы подают в колонну сырого аргона и распыл ют в жидкой аргонной фракции.

Claims (1)
- Формула изобретенияСпособ получения аргона, включающий отбор аргонной фракции из воздухоразделительной установки, ректификацию этой фракции в колонне сырого аргона с получением жидкой аргонной фракции и сырого аргона, подачу жидкой аргонной фракции в воздухоразделительную установку, очистку сырого аргона от кислорода, подачу его в колонну чистого аргона для очистки от азота и водорода, отвод из этой колонны отдувочных газов, отличающийся тем, что, с целью повышения экономичности способа путем увеличения степени извлечения аргона, отдувочные газы подают в колонну сырого аргона и распыляют в жидкой аргонной фракции.
