(54) СПОССЖ ХИРУРРИЧЕСКСЯГО ЛЕЧЕНИЯ АСЕПТИЧЕСКОГО НЕКРОЗА ГОЛОВКИ i Изобретение относитс к области медицины , а именно к ортопедии и травмато логии и может быть применено при хирур гическсм леченин больных, страдающих т желым, привод5шшм к инвалидности заболеванием тазобедренного сустава - асештгческим некрозом головки бедренной кости. Известен способ хирургического лечени асептического некроза головки бедра путем поперечной остеотомии шейки бедрет ной кости у основани головки, формиро вани паза в головке бедра и костного выступа соответствук цей формы на другом фрагменте и введение его в паз головки 1 . Однако известный способ не позвошет восстановить структуру и жизнеспособност в головке и шейке бедра в короткие сро ки и перераспределить нагрузку на здоровый сегмент головки бедра, что приводит к развитию таких осложнений, как дальнейшее прогрессирование деформащш БЕДРА гчэповки бедра, развитие болевого синдрома в области тазобедренного сустава, некроз суставного хр ща, ограничение функции конечности и т.д. Целью изобретени вл етс восстановление структуры и жизнеспособности в головке и шейке бедра в короткие сроки и п юраопределение нагрузки на здоровый сегмент головки бедра.
