Description

Известно, что алкилсилоксаны, в особенности диметил и диэтилсилоксан , могут конденсироватьс  в каучукоподобные продукты под каталитическим вли нием неорганических кислот, их ангидридов или хлорангидридов и хлоридов металлов , а также алкилхлорсиланов.It is known that alkylsiloxanes, in particular dimethyl and diethylsiloxane, can be condensed into rubber-like products under the catalytic influence of inorganic acids, their anhydrides or chlorides, and metal chlorides, as well as alkylchlorosilanes.

Трудность равномерной дозировки малых количеств катализатора  вл етс  причиной получени  неоднородных по свойствам продуктов конденсации. Найдено, что конденсаци  алкилсилоксанов в присутствии малых доз алкилхлорсиланов и активной сажи, с одной стороны, ускор ет в 3-4 раза процесс конденсации , с другой, приводит к получению однородных по свойствам каучукоподобных поликонденсатов. Образовавшийс  свободный хлористый водород может быть нейтрализован при дальнейшей обработке поликонденсата путем введени  р него соответствуюшей добавки основного характера.The difficulty of uniformly dosing small amounts of catalyst is the reason for the formation of non-uniform properties of condensation products.
