(54) ПЫЛЕПРИЕМНИК К ЛЕНТОЧНО-ШЛИФОВАЛЬНОМУ СТАНКУ(54) DUST CONTAINER TO BELT-GRINDING MACHINE
Изобретение относитс к вентил ционной технике, в частности к пылеприемникам шлифовальных станков, и может быть использовано в деревообрабатывающей промышленности. По основному авт. св. № 421500 известен пылеприемник к ленточно-шлифовальному станку с утюжком, включающий кожух с отсосом и выт жную секцию выполненную заодно с утюжком ClJ. Недостатком известного устройства вл етс низка эффективность пылеотбора за счет ухудшени условий работы отсоса, расположенного в кожухе привода . Это обусловлено тем, что частицы , не попавшие.в выт жную секцию на утюжке, значительно измен ют свою траекторию полета относительно направ лени движени ленты, т.е. увеличиваетс угол их уноса в сторону от ленты. Целью изобретени вл етс улучше ние улавливани пыли. Эта цель достигаетс тем, что выт жна секци выполнена по ширине ленты, причем последн имеет отверсти . На фиг. 1 изображено устройство, общий вид; на фиг. 2 - узел I на фиг. i. Устройство содержит кожух 1 с отсосом , прижимной утюжок 2 с выт жной секцией 3, шлифовальную ленту 4 с отверсти ми 5. Устройство работает следующим образом . В процессе работы прижимной утюжок 2 прижимает шлифовальную ленту 4 к обрабатываемой детали. Выдел емые частиць пыли проход т отверсти 5 в шлифовальной ленте 4.и через выт жную секцию 3, выполненную по ширине ленты, засасываютс в гибкий шланг, соединенный с системой вентил ции . Оставша с пыль захватываетс отсосом, расположенным в кожухе 1, закрывающим шкив привода. Использование предлагаемого пылеприемника к /шнточно-шлифовальному станку позволит улучшить услови раб ты на ленточно-иимфовальном станке за счет увеличени эффективности пылеотсоса на 10-20 при минимальных затратах на реконструкцию станка и снизить энергозатраты, св занные с о сосом воздуха, на 15-20% благодар ТОМУ, что значительно уменьшаютс размеры входного отверсти на выт жной секции, выполненной заодно с утю ком. And through the exhaust section 3, which is made across the width of the belt, is sucked into a flexible hose connected to the ventilation system.
