Abstract

Изобретение относитс  к машиностроению, в частности к пневматическим устройствам дл  удалени  стружки, образующейс  при работе преимущественно на фрезерных станках. Целью изобретени   вл етс  повышение эффективности транспортировани  стружки за счет повышени  интенсивности транспортирующего стружку воздушного потока и одновременного ее измельчени . Устройство состоит из вентил тора, рабочее колесо 1 которого закреплено на вращающейс  части 2 шпиндел  и охватывает фрезу 3, а также кожуха 4, закрепленного на невращающейс  части 5 шпиндел . На кожухе 4 установлен отделитель стружки 6, выполненный в виде короба тороидальной формы. Равномерно по окружности входных отверстий 14 отделител  стружки 6 установлены ножи-стружколомы 15 с возможностью взаимодействи  с кромками лопаток каналов всасывани  10. Режущие кромки ножей-стружколомов 15 выполнены с наклоном в направлении вращени  рабочего колеса 1 вентил тора, что обеспечивает перерезание стружки, ее направленное перемещение в сторону сборника стружки и повышает напор воздушного потока при транспортировании стружки. 4 ил.The invention relates to mechanical engineering, in particular to pneumatic chip removal devices, which are formed during operation mainly on milling machines. The cutting edges of the chipbreaker knives 15 are inclined in the direction of rotation of the impeller 1 of the fan, which ensures chip cutting, its directed movement toward the collector chip and increases the pressure of the air flow during transportation of chips. 4 il.
