Недостатком известного способа в л етс длительн : процесс формировани изображени , определ емый медленной разр дкой носител до нулевого поверхностного потенциала при освещении из-за наличи больших остаточных зар дов, характерных дл фотопровод щих изолирующих слоео полимерных органических полупроводников , обладающих устойчивой внутренней пол ризацией. Цель изобретени - повышение скорости и упрощение процесса охлаждени носител .
