The invention relates to devices for the mechanization of repair work at mineral processing plants and plants for grinding mineral raw materials and may find application in mining and other industries.

A device is known for re-fitting a drum mill, which includes an arrow with a guide and a carriage with an actuator. The device works in conjunction with a separate (separate) lifting device. This lifting vehicle transports new lining elements from the intermediate storage area to the neck of the mill, and in the opposite direction transports the worn lining elements that are removed from the fl mill.

Moving the lining elements along two transport sections that are not interconnected leads to additional handling operations, complicates and lengthens the transport cycle and the overall mill re-lining cycle. In addition, the presence of separate transporting devices leads to an increase in energy intensity and complication of equipment maintenance.

A disadvantage of this device is the need to locate the accumulation zone (intermediate storage) of the lining elements behind the portal support on the extension of the mill axis, which 15 requires a significant amount of space around the mouth of the mill. This goal is achieved by the fact that in the device for replacing an armored mill in a drum mill containing a portal support and a boom fixed on it with a guide for a trolley with an executive organ, placed in the mill, the rear support is provided with a replaceable guide connected to the guide boom.

At the same time, an additional changeable guide can be performed with the left or right curvilinear section.

This additional guide, being articulated with the guide boom, is its continuation, which allows for the through (transit) movement of the trolley with the executive body from the place of storage of lining elements to the place of their installation in the mill drum and in the opposite direction and provides transportation and laying the lining elements with one actuator without reloading operations.

Within one mining enterprise there are mills of both right and left execution.

The implementation of the optional interchangeable guide allows this device to service the mills of both the right and left execution.

The device comprises a boom 1 with a guide 2 fixed on it. The boom 1 is mounted on a mobile portal support 3. On support 3 there are wheels 4 for moving the device along the track 5 and track grippers 6 for ensuring stability of the mobile portal support 3 during operation of the device.

An additional interchangeable guide 7, selected depending on the version of the mill passing left or right from the axis of its rotation, when the device is mounted with one end joins with guide 2. Its second end leading to the storage area of the lining elements is attached to the elements construction of the building in which the mill is installed.

The removal of worn out lining elements from the drum of the mill is carried out in a similar manner in reverse order.

The use of the proposed device allows reducing the time of re-fitting of drum mills due to the elimination of transshipment operations.

A device for replacing an armored mill in a drum mill, containing a portal support and a boom mounted on it with a guide for a trolley with an executive body, housed in a mill, characterized in that, in order to increase productivity, the portal support is equipped with a replaceable guide connected to guide boom. 2.
