A shot blasting machine is characterized by comprising a base, wherein a shot blasting device is arranged in the rear part of the base and comprises a shot blasting chamber, a first inner guide rail mechanism and a second outer guide rail mechanism are arranged in the lower part of the shot blasting chamber, a movable flat car is arranged on the first inner guide rail mechanism, and a movable shot blasting assembly is arranged on the second outer guide rail mechanism; the movable shot blasting assembly comprises an outer travelling frame and a first movable frame, the outer travelling frame is connected to a second outer guide rail mechanism through a first roller mechanism, a first steel cable winding machine is arranged at the upper end of the outer travelling frame, and the first movable frame is transversely arranged on the inner side of the outer travelling frame and is pulled up to move through a steel cable on the first steel cable winding machine; a second steel cable winch is arranged in the first moving frame, the lower end of the first moving frame is vertically connected with the second moving frame, and the second steel cable winch pulls the second moving frame to transversely move on the first moving frame through a steel cable; a first movable feeding bin is arranged in the upper portion of the second movable frame, the lower end of the second movable frame is connected with a first rotating mechanism, an impeller head is connected onto the first rotating mechanism, and the first movable feeding bin is connected with the impeller head through a first feeding pipe assembly.

The shot blasting machine according to claim 1, wherein the base comprises a front support platform and a rear support platform, the front part of the first inner guide rail mechanism and the front part of the second outer guide rail mechanism are connected on the front support platform, a flat car cable drum mechanism is arranged in the front support platform, and the flat car cable drum mechanism is connected with the movable flat car through a steel cable;
the cross section of the rear supporting platform is U-shaped, a plurality of first vertical supporting beams are arranged in the rear supporting platform, and the rear parts of the first inner guide rail mechanism and the second outer guide rail mechanism are connected with the first vertical supporting beams;
and a shot collecting system is arranged in the shot blasting chamber at the lower end of the second outer guide rail mechanism, the shot collecting system is connected with a shot lifting system arranged in the rear part of the shot blasting chamber, and the shot lifting system is connected with a shot supply system arranged at the upper end of the shot blasting chamber.

The shot blasting machine of claim 2, wherein the shot collecting system comprises a plurality of shot collecting hoppers and a plurality of shot receiving belt conveyors, the plurality of shot collecting hoppers are arranged in the rear support platform, and the conveyor belt portions of the shot receiving belt conveyors are positioned below the discharge ports of the plurality of shot collecting hoppers;
the shot lifting system comprises a first transverse screw conveyor which is positioned below the discharge end of the material receiving belt conveyor;
the shot supply system comprises a shot supply conveying mechanism and a shot supply and blanking mechanism, the shot supply conveying mechanism is arranged above the shot blasting chamber, the shot supply and blanking mechanism is connected in the shot blasting chamber, the first transverse screw conveyor is connected with the shot supply conveying mechanism through the shot vertical lifting mechanism, and the shot supply conveying mechanism is connected with the shot supply and blanking mechanism.

The shot blasting machine according to claim 1, wherein the outer traveling frame is in the shape of an inverted U-shaped frame, the first moving frame is in the shape of a square frame, the first roller mechanism comprises four sets of first roller assemblies and two sets of first roller driving motors, and the four sets of first roller assemblies are respectively connected to the lower ends of the left part and the right part of the outer traveling frame; the first roller driving motors are connected to the outer travelling frame, and one of every two first roller assemblies at the lower ends of the left part and the right part is connected with a group of first roller driving motors;
first vertical limiting rails are respectively arranged on the end faces of the two inner sides of the outer travelling crane frame, and the end part of the first movable frame is connected with the first vertical limiting rails through a first limiting rotating wheel assembly.

The shot blasting machine according to claim 1, wherein the first cable hoist is connected to the upper end of the middle part of the outer traveling frame, and the outer traveling frames on both sides of the first cable hoist are respectively connected with a first guide wheel mechanism and a second guide wheel mechanism;
the first steel cable winch is connected with the left part of the first moving frame through a first left steel cable, and the first left steel cable is supported and guided through a first guide wheel mechanism; the first steel cable winch is connected with the right part of the first moving frame through a first right steel cable, and the first right steel cable is supported and guided through the second guide wheel mechanism.
6. The shot blasting machine according to claim 1, wherein the second moving frames are square frames, the second moving frames can be arranged into one group or two groups, and each group of second moving supports is connected with one group of second cable winches;
the second moving frame comprises a first support frame body and a first frame body supporting seat, the lower end of the first frame body supporting seat is connected with two groups of moving frame supporting wheels which are parallel to each other, the first supporting frame is connected to the lower end face of the first frame body supporting seat between the two groups of moving frame supporting wheels in a body-to-body mode, and the first moving feeding bin is connected into the upper portion of the first support frame body;
a first frame sliding rail is transversely arranged in the first moving frame, and a supporting wheel of the moving frame is in sliding support connection with the first frame sliding rail.
