Description
(54) METHOD FOR PROTECTION OF VINE-GRAPED BOTH PLANTS FROM FROST
The invention relates to agriculture, namely viticulture, and can be used to protect plants from frost. A method for protecting perennial plants from frost is known, including their treatment with a composition of glycerol (40-BO / o), monoglycerol (1.5%), table glue (0.5% / o), and water (. The disadvantage of this method is the high consumption of the preparation and burns caused by a high concentration of glycerol in the preparation. A method of protecting plants from frost is also known, which means that before the onset of the optimally low temperature, plants during the tillering period are treated with 0.1-5.0 / o-nyl1 solution of dimethyl sulfoxide at the rate of 1-44 kg per 1 hectare 2. The disadvantage of this method is that dimethyl sulfoxide is toxic and can accumulate in the tissues and fruits of perennial plants. The aim of the invention is to increase the yield by preserving the central and spare eyes of the grapes. The goal is achieved by the fact that grape plants are treated 2-3 times during the vegetative period with a 0.2-1.0 ° / oh solution of ethoxylated glycerin as a cryprotector at the rate of 100-200 ml per 1 plant. Example. The aboveground plant part of the wine of the hail of the Fetscale and Muscat of Hamburg varieties is treated with a 0.2% solution of ethoxylated glycerin (EOG-300) 2 times during the growing season (during the period of ripening and physiological maturity a year). The consumption of the drug is 100 ml per 1 bush. Control plants were treated with water and dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO). In Nvare-February, annual doses from 4 to 10-14 interstitial sites were cut off from test and control plants and placed on freezing in the Faytron chamber at -21 ° C with keeping at this temperature for 12 hours, gradually lowering and raising the temperature at
1.1 ° per hour After thawing, the cuttings were put on germination in water at a temperature of + 25 ° C and a relative humidity of 80%. The calculation of the safety of fruitful buds for the variety Fetka Bella and Muscat Hamburg is given in table. one.
Example 2. The above-ground part of Traminer Rose grape plants was sprayed with a 0.2 / o solution of ethoxylated glycerin three times (during ripening and physiological maturity a year after harvesting), the third spraying was performed with a 1% solution of ethoxylated glycerin.
После размораживани черенки проращивали в течение 30 дней, сохранность почек соста- вила 94%, из них плодоносных - 68%, в контроле соответственно - 78% и плодоносных - 49%.In February, vines of the Traminer Pink variety were frozen at –23 ° C for 6 hours. After thawing, the cuttings were germinated for 30 days, the safety of the buds was 94%, 68% of which were fruitful, and 78% and fruitful - 49%.
2.The results of the experiment are given in table. 2
The results obtained indicate the superiority of the cryoprotective effect of OEG-300 compared with the known composition. The use of the method allows to save 25-30% of kidneys from death and, thus, to increase the yield of grapes.
