Description
The invention relates to a machine tool industry and can be used in profile grinding machines. The grinding head of the profile grinding machine, containing a slider carriage with a grinding wheel and a drive mechanism 1, is known. A disadvantage of the known grinding head is the increased wear of the guide carriages, due to the fact that during work, the guides, apart from the cutting efforts, perceive the dynamic loads that occur during the work of the crank-slider mechanism. The purpose of the invention is to reduce the dynamic loads on the slider carriage. This goal is achieved by the fact that the grinding head is provided with additional guides and an additional slider installed in them, kinematically connected with the slider carriage. The kinematic link of the slider with the slider-carriage is made in the form of two spherical kinematic pairs, one of which is connected to the slider, and the other with the slider-carriage. FIG. 1 shows the proposed fovaln head, general view; in fig. 2 shows section A-A in FIG. 1. The grinding head contains a crank-slider mechanism 1, in the slider 2 of which a spherical pin 3 is installed, which enters the rod 4. At the other end, a spherical finger 5 with a threaded shank, which is screwed into the screw 6, enters the other 4 in the slider carriage 7. There is also a lock nut 8 on the threaded part of the finger 5. On the slider carriage 7, a spindle 9 is mounted with a grinding wheel 10. The drive of the curved-slide mechanism is a belt transmission 11. The slider in closed guides can only move along Aulus constituent m. e. has one degree of freedom, the remaining steps of freedom lishayuts bonds guide, since the pair-guide slider is the kinematic pair 5th long railway. ka In order to impart a certain motion to the slider, which depends on the other slider, it is necessary and sufficient to impose one bond. This is provided by a kinematic connection with five degrees of freedom. The kinematic connection, combining two spherical pairs formed by links 3, 4 and 5, gives six degrees of freedom of slider-carriage 7 relative to slider 2. The extra sixth degree of freedom - the ability to freely rotate around its longitudinal one - has link 4, therefore one of spherical pairs can be replaced with a ball with a finger pair, but since this unnecessary degree of freedom does not affect the movement of the mechanism, from the point of view of simplicity of design, a mechanism with two ball bearings is introduced into the described device .
The grinding head works as follows. The movement from the belt transmission 11 is transmitted to the crank-slider mechanism 1, the slider 2 of which moves in its own direction. The reciprocating movement of the slider 2 by means of a kinematic chain consisting of a spherical pin 3, a pull 4 of a spherical finger 5, a nut 6 is transmitted to a slider carriage 7 which carries a spindle 9 with a grinding wheel 10 and moves along its own guides. The slider guides 2 perceive all the dynamic lateral loads that occur when the crank-slider mechanism is operating. The existing errors in the relative position of the guides of the slider 2 and the guides of the slider on the carriage 7 do not cause the transfer of torques from the slider 2 to the slider carriage 7. When adjusting the relative position of the slider carriage 7 and the slider 2, the counter nut 8 is loosened and the spherical rotation the finger 5 with a threaded shank moves the slider carriage 7 while slipping occurs either
Резьбова пара может быть заменена любой поступательной парой, как в каретке,in one or in another spherical pair. This adjustment allows you to change the position of the slider-carriage with grinding wheel relative to the workpiece. A threaded pair can be replaced by any translational pair, as in a carriage,
так и в ползуне, или в т ге между сферами.so in the slider or in between the spheres.
As a result of the application of the described
