Description
Изобретение относитс к устройствам дл уборки найоза, используе мым на животноводческих фермах и комплексах. Известны устройства дл уборки навоза, включающие т говый орган, снабженный шарнирно закрепленными на нем скребками, складывающимис при холостом ходе, и приводом с пр пособлением дл реверса 1 и 2. Однако в св зи с тем, что навоз в канале распределен неравномерно по его длине, то устройство часто оказываетс , либо недогруженным, либо перегруженным. Это существенно снижает эффективность уборки на воза. Цель изобретени - повышение эф фективности уборки навоза путем предотвращени недогрузок и перегрузок устройства. Это достигаетс тем, что устрой ство снабжено формирующими скреперами , шарнирно закрепленными на т говом органе с возможностью раскры ти при холостом ходе скребков, и датчиком нагрузки формирующих скре бков, сблокированным с приспособлением ДЛЯреверса привода. На фиг.1 схематично изображено устройство дл уборки навоза при рабочем ходе скребков, аксономет-ричес,ка проекци ; на фиг.2 - то же, при холостом ходе скребков, аксонометрическа проекци ; на фиг.З - схема блока управлени приводом. Устройство включает замкнутый цепной т говый орган 1, снабженный шарнирно закрепленными на нем скребками 2, складывающимис при холостом ходе, и формирующими скреперами 3, раскрывающимис при холостом, ходе скребков. Теговый-орган св зан с приводом, состо щим из реjtyKTOpa 4 и электродвигател 5. Крайние положени скребков контролируютс конечными выключател ми 6 и 7 приспособлени дл реверса, взаимодействующими с упором 8, закрепленным на винте 9,приводимым во вращение от звездочки 10, Приспособление дл реверса содержит также механизм 11 управлени , состо щий из пускател 12 Вперед, пускател 13 Назад, датчика 14 нагрузки формирующих скреперов, блока 15 формировани команд и логичес кого блока 16 управлени .The invention relates to neiosis cleaning devices used on livestock farms and complexes. This significantly reduces the efficiency of cleaning on the cart. The purpose of the invention is to increase the efficiency of manure removal by preventing underloading and overloading of the device. This is achieved by the fact that the device is equipped with forming scrapers, hinged on a traction body with the possibility of opening when the scrapers are idle, and a load sensor of forming scrapers interlocked with a FOR reverser device. Fig. 1 shows schematically a device for cleaning manure with a working stroke of scrapers, axonometric, and projection; 2, the same with an idle scraper, axonometric projection; FIG. 3 is a diagram of the drive control unit. The device includes a closed chain traction body 1, provided with scrapers 2 pivotally fixed on it, folding when idling, and forming scrapers 3, opening when idling, during the scrapers. The tag-organ is connected to a drive consisting of a ReytyKtopa 4 and an electric motor 5. The extreme positions of the scrapers are controlled by limit switches 6 and 7 of the reversing device, which interact with the stop 8 fixed on the screw 9, rotated by the sprocket 10, The reverse also contains a control mechanism 11 consisting of an actuator 12 Forward, an actuator 13 Back, a load sensor 14 of forming scrappers, a command generation unit 15 and a logic block 16 of control.
