(54) WALL VENTILATED BUILDING
The invention relates to the construction, in particular to the construction of the walls of ventilated buildings. A wall element of a ventilated building is known, which includes the outer and inner layers and an insulation in the form of a charge material located between them. In the upper part of the inner layer, in the lower part of the outer one, respectively, an outlet and an inlet are formed, the last of which connects the insulation with ambient air 1. A disadvantage of the known wall element is that the passage of air through the entire backfill (insulation) section causes the cooling zones to plating layers and, in particular, condensation in the area of the inlet. The closest to the technical essence of the invention is a wall of a ventilated building, comprising a socle panel and a wall enclosure supported on it, having a supporting layer with a thermal insulation layer and facing with a thermal insulation layer separated by a ventilation channel, the entrance end of which is connected to the atmosphere, and output - with the help of the outlet - with the room. In this wall, the layer of the inner part of the wall is made smaller than the heat insulating layer of the outer part of the wall in order to ensure the best heating of the air entering the room by ensuring the utilization of transmission heat losses. heat lost through the inside of the wall 2. However, this distribution over the thickness of the heat insulating layers (the thickness of the heat insulating layer of the inner part is less than the thickness of the heat insulating layer of the outer part) causes condensation to form in the joint zone of the inner part of the wall with the socle panel in the zone of the lower end of the ventilation duct, which can lead to blockage. The heat insulating layer of the inner part of the wall with a thickness exceeding the thickness of the heat insulating layer of the outer part should also not be performed, since this entails the occurrence of negative factors. Firstly, the air entering the room has a lower temperature than in the first case, due to the large thickness of the heat insulating layer of the internal part, it does not fully utilize the heat lost by the room, secondly, in the upper end of the ventilation duct ( In the inner hole, condensation or at least cooled areas is also possible, which is undesirable because it adversely affects the operational reliability of the element (due to the formation of clogged points). The purpose of the invention is to increase operational reliability by preventing the formation of condensate in the zones of the inlet and outlet. The goal is achieved by the fact that in the wall of a ventilated building, including a basement panel and a wall fence supported on it, having a carrier layer with a thermal insulation layer and a facing layer with a thermal insulation layer, separated by a ventilation channel, the inlet of which is connected to the atmosphere and the outlet - with the help of the outlet - with the room, the upper end of the plinth panel on the side of the inlet is made with a ledge, and the lower end of the thermal insulation on the side of the outer layer is offset relative to the end of the latter and the lower end of the thermal insulation from the side of the inner layer of the fence; the ventilation channel is inclined towards the outlet, and the latter is filled with porous material. In addition, the outlet is located above the upper end of the inner layer of the enclosure. The outlet may be provided with an overlapping diaphragm of porous material. The inclination of the air duct towards the inner opening is provided by making the heat insulating layer of the inner part of the wall with a thickness decreasing in height, and the heat insulating layer of the outer part of the wall with a thickness increasing with height. In addition, filling the inner hole with a porous material (for example, in the form of a mesh nozzle filled with styrene beads) helps to prevent the formation of condensate in the upper end of the air duct, as well as increasing the path traveled by the air, which is directly dependent on in the air room. The less heat required to heat the air in the room, the more economical the system. In addition, the extension of the path traveled by air also contributes to the fact that the surface of the plinth panel, located above the outer wall, is made with a ledge, and the lower end of its heat insulating layer is located above the level of the lower end of the heat insulating layer of the inner part of the wall. With this design, the lower end of the airway channel is lowered downward relative to the inside of the wall, and consequently, the path taken by the air is lengthened, as a result of which its temperature also increases when it enters the room. FIG. 1 shows a wall of a ventilated building, a slit; in fig. 2 — node I in FIG. 1. The wall of the ventilated building contains the basement panel 1 and the inner part 2 of the wall supported on it, made of a layer of concrete 3 and the heat insulating layer 4 adjacent to it, as well as the outer part 5 of the wall, made of a layer 6 of concrete and the heat insulating layer 7 adjacent to it , while the inner and outer parts are separated by a ventilation duct 8, the lower end 9 of which is connected to the atmosphere, and the upper 10 - through the inner hole 11 - to the room. The ventilation duct 8 can be formed, for example, by grooving the sides of heat-insulating layers of the inner 2 and outer 5 walls facing each other. The inner hole 11 is filled with porous material 12, for example, in the form of a mesh nozzle filled with styrene beads. The surface 13 of the base panel I, located under the outer part 5 of the wall, is made with a ledge, and the lower end 14 of its heat-insulating layer 7 is located above the level of the lower end 15 of the heat-insulating layer 4 of the inner part 2 of the wall. The element is provided with a diaphragm made of porous material 16, for example glass wool, located in the zone of the lower end 9 of the airway channel 8. Due to the pressure difference from the inner and outer sides of the wall, the outside air enters the ventilation channel 8 through its lower end 9 and passes into the room through its upper end 10 and a mesh nozzle with porous material 12 located in the inner hole 11. The outside air is heated , selecting heat from the layers of the inside of the wall, which accounts for the function of the latter as a heat exchanger. The proposed wall of a ventilated building not only improves operational reliability by preventing the possibility of condensation in the lower and upper ends of the channel, but also increases its cost-effectiveness by allowing more complete use of the heat lost by the room, without increasing the total heat insulation layers of the inner and outer parts of the wall, and in some cases, with some
