The invention relates to mechanical engineering and can be used in worm gears used for precise movements. Worm gears are known with a spring-loaded worm mounted in an eccentric sleeve. The disadvantage of the known gears is their low accuracy due to the gaps between the turns of the screw and the teeth of the wheel. The technical essence and the achieved effect closest to the proposed one is a precision worm gear containing a worm gear and a worm gear installed with the possibility of rotation in a plane perpendicular to the axis of rotation of the wheel. L The disadvantage of this gear is a slight accuracy caused by the presence of in the process of transferring the side gap. The purpose of the invention is to improve the accuracy of the worm gear. This goal is achieved by the fact that in a precision worm gear containing a worm wheel and a worm gear, installed with possible rotation in a plane perpendicular to the curvature axis of the wheel, the worm gear is also movable in the radial direction and the turn profile is made angle poi the top, selectable in the range of 5-60. FIG. 1 shows a general scheme of a wire transfer; in fig. 2 - worm teeth profile, cross section. The worm gear (Fig. 1) contains a worm gear 1 and a worm to 2 mounted in a swing frame 3. A lever 4 is connected to the swing frame 3 with the center of rotation at point O. The tension spring 5 is connected to the lever 4. In the process of transferring the tension spring 5, a constant clamping of the worm 2 against the worm gear 1 with a constant adjustable optical force is ensured. The transmission works as follows. A worm to 2, mounted on a pivoting frame 3 and, therefore, having the ability to rotate about the center axis, acts radially and the worm gear 1 with a constant force and its teeth in the form of a sharp blade cuts the tooth on a softer crown of the worm . The pressing of the worm on the worm wheel eliminates play during the operation of the gear. The formation of the teeth of the worm gear directly by the worm itself and the constant pressing of the screw (the choice of transfer gear) will significantly improve the accuracy of the proposed transfer.
