4.The invention relates to the biological treatment of domestic and industrial wastewater. A device for biological wastewater treatment is known, including a corridor aerotok with a concentrated inlet of wastewater and returnable sludge, a system for aerating wastewater and a regenerator. Disadvantages of such a device are overloading the active biomass with nutrient. and oxygen deficiency, as well as the technological instability of the operation of the device with quantitative and qualitative irregularities entering the cleaning s waters. A device for biological treatment of wastewater is also known, including an aerotank corridor with concentrated inlet of sewage and return activated sludge with a system of aeration of wastewater, pipelines for inlet and discharge of wastewater and return activated sludge installed at the entrance to the aerotank along the partition wall of a rectangular duct connected to input sewage and return sludge entry pipelines, cylindrical tanks installed vertically in the housing and parallel to the duct on the other side of the flue gas with overflow pipes attached to the upper part of the tanks, an additional duct with an air distributor located at the bottom of the duct and air ducts with a perforated lower part installed in the containers along their axis 2. Such a device allows to clean waste water with a significantly higher concentration of contaminants but the concentration of contaminants in the treated wastewater is somewhat higher. If it is necessary to obtain deep treatment of highly concentrated wastewater, multistage aerotanks are used. At the first stage, highly concentrated wastewater is purified, thus obtaining a low depth of purification. At the subsequent stages, they achieve deeper sewage treatment. The need for the construction of several aerotanks in series with second settling tanks causes a significant increase in the cost of wastewater treatment. The goal of the invention is to increase the efficiency of using the device by increasing the productivity and depth of cleaning and also to ensure the technological stability of the process. This circuit is achieved by the fact that, in a wastewater treatment plant, there is a rectangular casing divided by a vertical longitudinal partition into communicating junction boxes, a recirculation unit, a mixture of sewage aeration, as well as input and output pipelines for waste water and sludge, node recirculation of vypol11sn is a form of a rectangular box, with perpoicHHoro to the longitudinal partition in its middle part and with a split transverse partition dividing it into sections, and an air duct with diffusers inserted into each section, with the water inlet and outlet pipelines attached to the aeration body on opposite sides of one corridor, and at the top of it there is a cutout for the overflow of the sludge mixture at the length of the box for the length of the duct, and the npoTireo-dependent wall of the box is located aerotank. FIG. 1 shows the proposed device, a longitudinal section; in fig. 2 shows section A-A in FIG. 1. The device includes a body 1 of the corridor air zone divided by a longitudinal vertical partition 2 into communicating corridors 3 and 4, a recirculation unit of the sludge mixture 5, a system of pneumatic aeration b, a pipeline 7 for sewage inlet, a pipeline 8 for discharging sewage, an inlet pipe 9 returnable active sludge. In turn, the recirculation unit 5 consists of transverse walls 10, a longitudinal wall 11, bottom 12, duct 13 and diffusers 14. In the proposed device, the volume of the aerotank with regenerator is conventionally divided into four zones (Fig. 1). The reuirkul shch node, located at the end of the displacement zone, pumps a large part of the treated wastewater together with activated sludge to the beginning of the reactive zone. The rest of the sludge mixture passes into the displacement zone, where the flow rate is several times smaller and where deeper biological treatment takes place. The displacement zone completely eliminates the overshoot of untreated sewage and improves the sedimentation properties of the activated sludge. The recirculated sludge mixture is mixed at the beginning of the reactivation zone with regenerated reactive sludge that has passed the regeneration zone. In this zone, the amount of wastewater contamination, the arrival per unit volume of active sludge, is significantly less than in the aetienne, and dissolved oxygen is greater, which contributes to cleaning the wastewater from organic contaminants that are difficult to biochemical sour in the aeration tank. A mixture of purified waste water with highly concentrated activated sludge, saturated with oxygen during recirculation, dilutes the most highly concentrated contaminants in the waste water that enter the purification zone at the beginning of the mixing zone. In the mixing zone, the concentration of contaminants in the wastewater is equalized along the length of the aerotank. In the regeneration zone, the activity of the returning active sludge is restored after its long-term stay in adverse conditions of the secondary sedimentation tank. The distance from the start of the aerotank to the recirculating sludge mixture site is directly proportional to the concentration of contaminants in the wastewater entering the aeration tank, and varies in the range I (0.5-1) L, where L is the aero tank. In the extreme case, the recirculation of the sludge mixture is located at the end of the aerotank. By changing the location of the recirculation unit along the length of the aeration tank, the optimum volume of the regenerator is easily ensured, which is practically impossible with the existing types of aeration tanks, since the volume of the regenerator is chosen multiply by the volume of one corridor. In the proposed device, however, the volume of the regenerator is the sum of the volumes of the corridors leaving for the regenerators and the volume of regeneration that is formed when the aerotank is divided into conditional zones by the recirculation unit. The conditional regeneration zone can be changed by the location of the recirculation unit along the length of the aerotank. The device works as follows. Sewage water to be purified enters through conduit 7 into the aeration tank corridor 3, where it is subjected to biological treatment. A portion of the treated wastewater enters the box of the recirculation unit through between the front wall 11 and the bottom 12 of the box. Through the air duct 13, air is supplied through the diffuser 14 to a section of the recirculation unit, in which a water-air mixture is formed, and is poured through the longitudinal cut-out of the aerotank partition 2 into corridor 4. Purified waste water, which is not polluted into the recirculation unit, undergoes after-treatment in the second half of corridor 3 and later through the pipeline 8. The recovery of the activity of sludge entering through the pipeline 9 and in the composition of the sludge mixture through the recirculation unit is carried out in corridor 4.
Thus, changing the location of the recirculation node of the sludge mixture and its shape allows increasing the productivity of the corridor aerotank with the recirculation unit by 1.25-1.5 times with the concentration of organic pollutants in the wastewater entering biological treatment 200-500 mg / l (to increase the depth of treatment of highly concentrated wastewater from 15 mg / l (according to BIlKj), the capacity of the recirculation unit by 30–40% and reduce its cost by 20–25%, as well as to increase the technological stability of the cleaning process fucking concentration of contaminants.
