The invention relates to methods for treating wastewater from dissolved aluminum and can be used in the purification of high-color sulphate cellulose effluent products) | RTV.
зом, содержащим двуокись углерода l}.A known method of cleaning waste waste from dissolved aluminum is by alkalinizing them about pH 11 and purging ga-. carbon dioxide containing l}.
The disadvantages of this method are the low degree of purification of the wall water, as well as the significant consumption of reagents.
The closest to the proposed technical essence and the achieved result is a method of purification of wastewater from cellulosic products from dissolved aluminum by treating them with aosorbents, obtained on the basis of sludge-Lngnin, with subsequent separation of 2 by post-filtration.
2.In this method, focationite is used as an adsorbent, obtained on the basis of the waste of sulfagulose production and socially containing sulphs- and carboxyl groups of G2.
The disadvantage of this method is that the degree of purification of wastewater from aluminum and other suspended particles is of low fire.
Цель изобретени - повышение степени очистки сточных воц целлюлозных производств от алюмини .The purpose of the invention is to increase the degree of purification of wastewater pulp production from aluminum.
Set goal is achieved by those. that in the method of sewage treatment of cellulose productions from aluminum, including their treatment with an adsorbent derived from lignin gels, followed by separation of the latter by filtration, a mixture of polyfunctional sulfonic cation exchanger containing sulfonic and carboxyl (functional groups and sor -bent containing residual acidity in the amount of 15-60% wt.% and soluble, aluminum in the Amount of 1.52, 5 weight%, (in terms of ACijO,) with NU with a ratio of 1-3: 1.The orbents are due to the fact that they are obtained from the components extracted during water purification and are not foreign contaminants with respect to the water to be purified. The above ratio of adsorbents is optimal because it provides at the same time the maximum degree of wastewater purification from dissolved aluminum and suspended process. The process is carried out as follows: Wastewater sulphate-cellulose production is treated with a mixture of powders of sulphonethion and sorbent, obtained by known methods, At a ratio of 1-3: 1. The consumption of a mixture of sorbents in relation to wastewater is determined by the concentration of dissolved aluminum in the latter and is usually 0.2 to 0.4% of the volume of water to be purified. The optimality of the above ratio in a mixture of sorbents is determined by the requirement to obtain simultaneously with the sgxL or aluminum eye almost complete bleaching of the purified water from lyonine substances, which is achieved by the presence in the mixture of sorbent obtained in a known manner. After treatment of waste water in the above-mentioned regime, the precipitate formed is filtered off and treated with concentrated sulfuric acid at its weight ratio to 1-2: 1 sediment at 125-15 ° C for 1S-3O min in order to regenerate the mixture of sorbents for their repetition use After this treatment, the mixture sorters Indicators of cleaning waste water from aluminum

8.2, 400 benzenes can be used without degrading the cleaning performance for 4-5 cycles. Example I. One liter of wastewater with a pH of 9.2 (chromaticity according to the platinum-balbal scale (PKS 1OOO °) is treated in known and proposed ways. The results of the analysis of purified water are shown in Table 1. EXAMPLE 2. It is cleaned wastewater by the proposed method (I g of a mixture of sulfonic cation exchanger and I g of sorbent per liter of water) in a multicyclic process with ebtsi-regeneration. The purification indicators in this process are shown in Table 2. The stability of the regenerated sorbents in the cleaned effluent is difficult to characterize by residual color, show According to the data of the table, the standards accepted by the Baikal Pulp and Paper Plant can be seen. As can be seen from the above examples, the proposed method can significantly improve the efficiency of wastewater purification from aluminum, practically eliminating the content of the latter in purified water. The proposed method is completely economically harmless, as it uses as a reagent for cleaning materials obtained from sewage sludge from pulp and paper production. The method may find application in the technology of integrated wastewater treatment of pulp production. Table I Results by
