The drawing shows the structures on the electrical circuit. The proposed device. The device for measuring the error rate contains an error analyzer 1, a control unit 2, a generator of 3 analysis intervals, a counter of 4 errors, a display unit 5, a memory block b, a recording unit 7, a time signal sensor, a reversible counter 9, the first, second and second the third element OR 10-12, respectively, the element And 13, the Device operates as follows. Before the measurements are started, the real time is set at the sensor 2 of the time signals. On the Start command, in block 2 of control (CU), a "flush R reset, set up the 4 error counter, the shaper 3 and the reversible counter 9 to the initial state, is generated. At the same time, the passage of error pulses from the output of the analyzer 1 to the input of the 4 error counter is resolved and 8 measurements of time signals are recorded in the memory block of the measurement start time. The device is set to an error standby mode. In this case, the sensor 8 of time signals counts the time during which there were no errors. With the appearance of the first error at the first output of the 4 error counter, a signal is generated that puts the device into measurement mode. This signal through input 1 of the first element OR 10 reversible counter 9 is transferred to the state, block 2 permits the passage of pulses to the Pulse from the studied equipment to the imaging unit 3 and the time of error from sensor 8 to the block b is recorded at the address generated by the reversible counter 9. As the generator 3 is filled, at its outputs there are successively produced pulses of the end of the measuring intervals, which through the inputs of the first element OR 10 alternately transfer a reversible counter operating in the Fold mode. ue to the new state, and through the output of unit 2 is formed by koendy fourth input unit 6 for recording states of the counter counting decades 4 errors in measuring the end slots. Thus, information is collected on the distribution of the time slips in the measurement time. At the same time, the duration of the measurement interval V .. -i t, 10 |, where B is the information transmission rate, bit / s; 1. If the number of errors during the measurement interval is less than 10, then the imaging unit 3 maintains an interval of 10, and so on. As soon as the tenth error arrives, a signal appears at 10Siibok 10, which, through the first input of element 13, prepares it for triggering via the second input at the moment of termination of the current measuring interval. When element 13 triggers, the first input of the second element OR 11 to the third input of block 2 is given a signal that prohibits the passage of error pulses to the input of the error counter and clock pulses to the input of the time signal sensor and the fourth output of block 2 generates a signal that turns on block 7. The sync signals from the output of block 7 are fed to the subtracting input of the reversible counter 9 after printing out each line of information. This controls the operation of block b and block 2 in print mode. The information is printed as an array and contains a line with the time of the error, lines with the number of errors that occurred during the corresponding measurement intervals, and the last line is the error rate, which is expressed in the form of KA, where A is the count of 4 errors; n is numerically equal to the number of the corresponding measurement interval. The readings of the 4 error bars are recorded in block b, beginning with the third measurement interval, the first and second state of the reversible counter are used to record the start time of the measurements and the time of the occurrence of the error stream. If in the penultimate measuring interval t the number of errors is less than 10, then with the end of the last t9, the driver 3 gives a signal to the second input of the second element OR 11 and the block 7 starts up again. Block 7 is also switched on in case of overflow of 4 errors. In this case, a corresponding signal arises at the third input of the second element OR 11 without waiting for the end of the measuring interval. An automatic repetition of the measurement indicates that the overflow was either the result of the occurrence of random flow errors, or the reliability of information transmission below the permissible limits of the measuring device. As the information from block 6 is printed out, the state of the reversible counter 9 with each row decreases by 1. As soon as this counter comes to state O, an automatic start pulse occurs at the second input of the third element OR 12, which again sets the device to an error standby mode. Thus, the proposed device for measuring the error rate makes it possible to shorten the measurement time when determining the probable loss of reliability of an infoOemation during commissioning, regulatory and research work, due to the possibility of determining the distribution law with the most automated automation of the measurement process at any speed information flow. ka The invention The device for measuring the error ratio, containing serially connected error analyzer and control unit, the first, second and third outputs of which are connected to the control inputs of the error counter, the memory unit and the registration unit, the analyzer interval generator, the And and the block indication, characterized in that, in order to improve the accuracy, a time signal sensor, a reversible counter and the first, second and third OR elements are entered, for which the fourth output of the control unit is connected to the sy the error input, the first output of which is connected through the first OR element, the AND element and the second OR element to the second input of the control unit, to the third input of which the clock pulses are fed, the second and third errors counter outputs are connected to the second input of the corresponding AND element and the second element OR, the third input of which is connected to the second input of the first element OR and the first output of the analysis interval generator, the first, second and third inputs and the second output of which are connected respectively Especially with the first and fifth outputs of the control unit and with the first and third inputs of the first OR element, the output of which is connected through the fourth input of the control unit through the fourth input of the control unit through the fourth input of the third control unit and the fifth input OR The first output of which is connected respectively to the first and second inputs of the reversible counter, the third input and the second output of which are connected respectively to the output of the registration block and to the address input of the memory unit, the first and second signals Its inputs and output are connected respectively to the fourth output of the error counter, and the combined output of the time signals and the first input of the display unit and the combined signal input of the recording unit and the second input of the display unit.
