Silicon Fluoride sodium Manganese Fluorides of rare-earth metals The content of fluorspar in the proposed coating is 35-40%, in the well-known - 29-34%. The difference between the upper limit of the known and the lower limit of the proposed 1%, and in general 6%, which, when the arc is burning, dramatically improves the protection of the weld against oxygen, nitrogen and hydrogen. The content of sodium fluorosilicate in the proposed 5-7% % The difference between the upper limit of the known and the lower limit of the proposed 1%, and in general 3%. The addition of high-strength corrosion-resistant steels with a high content in the coating of sodium fluoride with a TT eliminates nojxj in welds. The fluoride content of rare-earth metals in the proposed 10-15%, in the known - 1-6%. The difference between the upper limit of the known and the lower limit of the proposed one is 4%, and in general, 9%. The best result of grinding the structure, increasing the corrosion resistance, toughness and ductility of the weld is achieved by introducing fluorides of rare-earth metals into the composition of the electrode coating for welding high-strength corrosion-resistant steels within the specified limits. In the manufacture of special steels, wire made of CMFET steel (DI-47) is used. The composition of the coating is presented in abl. The chemical compositions of the welds made by the electrodes with the proposed electrode coating, and the corresponding properties are given in Table 2. As can be seen from the table, the weld is characterized by satisfactory mechanical properties. The hardness is within the range characterized by good workability. The chemical composition of the weld provides uniform corrosion resistance of the weld and base metal. The technology of making an electrode with the proposed electrode coating for welding high-strength corrosion-resistant steels does not differ from the technology of preparing the usual electrodes used for welding high-strength corrosion-resistant steels.
