Description
(5) METHOD FOR THE REGENERATION OF FINISHED FORMING SANDY-CLAY MIXTURES
The invention relates to the field / foundry industry, in particular, to methods for regeneration of spent molding sand-clay mixtures. The closest to the invention in technical essence is a method for the regeneration of molding mixtures, consisting in screening of large fractions, electromagnetic removal of metallic inclusions, heat treatment of the mixture 500-900 ° C, cooling and pneumatic discharge of fine particles 1. The mixture is heated in opposite rotary kilns to 500900 ° C to separate sintering money particles from sand grains dratirovannoy clay mixture is then cooled and is carried pnevmootsos of quartz sand and fine sand particles shamotizirovannoy clay. The disadvantage of this method is the complexity of instrumentation, high fuel consumption for heating spent molding sands of up to 50 ° -900 ° C. In addition, the active non-dehydrated clay in the spent mixtures, when heated above, is chamoised, completely loses its active properties and must be completely removed from the regenerated mixture. At the same time there is a burnout from a mixture of nonstick additives (coal, KB, etc.). In the future, in order to obtain. sand mixture. The required properties of the regenerated sand are again required to add clay and antiburning additives. The aim of the invention is to reduce the consumption of clay, non-stick additives and fuels. The goal is achieved by the fact that in the method of regeneration of waste molding sandy-clay mixtures, including sifting of large fractions, electromagnetic removal of metal inclusions, thermal processing, cooling and pneumatic suction of fine particles, the mixture is subjected to thermal shock when heated to 200-300 ° C, as measured. - clay mixture is fed into the torch of the hot zone of the drying drum, where the mixture is heated intensively to 200-300 C. As a result of thermal shock, finely dispersed particles of earth minerals are separated from sand grains constant clays which are picked up and -otsasyvayuts air flow fan at the outlet of the drying drum as the Stack thermal expansion coefficients of quartz 0,5 VO 1 / deg and 6 chamotte "1 (T 1 / deg Silm are different to each other). The particles of active clay at these temperatures are not subjected to dehydration and are more firmly combined with sand grains and remain in the composition of the mixture. 9 4 nonstick additives also burn out. The table shows data on the composition of the molding mixtures: used sand molding sand mixture, the mixture regenerated by a known method, t.e. heat treatment at temperature VOO-ZOO C, and the mixture regenerated by heating with thermal shock up to 200-300 C. As can be seen from the given data, the method ensures the production of a mixture containing up to 5.3% active clay. Thus, if in, regenerated by a known method, it is required to add 8-9 clay, then only 2-3% of clay is required to be added to the mixture regenerated by heating 200 ° C. The invention makes it possible to reduce fuel consumption for regeneration by more than 2 times.
