The machine contains a stripping drum 1, on which finger combs 2 are located, a cutting unit 3 in contact with the combs 2. A wiper-reflecting device is installed above the comb drum, consisting of a guiding casing C made in the form of a rotary cleaner shaped according to a logarithmic curved surface 5 On the inner side of the casing, there are slides 6 and 7 with guide grooves in which height-adjustable guards 8 and shears 9 made of el -particle material. To change the position of the flap and the brush located on the slide relative to the longitudinal line of the comb drum, on the casing there are radial guides 10 along which the slide moves.
