Description
Поставленна цель достигаетс тем, что пластизольна композици , включающа поливинилхлбрид, диоктилфталат и модификатор, в качестве последнего содержит смесь полигексаметйлендиизоцианата и полиэтиленгликол при следующем соотношении компонентов, мас.: i+0-бО Полив инилхло РИД 1,0-3,0 Полиэтиленгликоль Полигексаметилен0 ,5-2,0 диизоцианатДиоктилфталат Остальное В качестве полигексаметилендиизоцианата ( ПГМДИ) композици содержит соединение формулы С, СК(НаС)-|-N (CH-i ft-NCOThis invention relates to compositions based on PVC polyvinyl chloride converted into products according to a layer of ash technology. Known plastisol compositions comprising prlivinylhlorid modifier - nitrile rubber and vulcanized bonding agent - zinc oxide Q. The closest to the proposed is a plastisol composition comprising, ISDA 60 PVC, 28 dioctylphthalate (DOP), 12 modifier - a mixture of triethylene glycol dimethacrylate (TGM-W ) and diethylene glycol maleate dipipate (SKPS-20) in a ratio of 2: 3 I. The disadvantages of the known plastisols are the high viscosity and insufficient strength of the cured plastigel. The purpose of the invention is to reduce the viscosity of the plastizol and increase the strength of the cured plastic. The goal is achieved by the fact that the plastisol composition, including polyvinylchloride, dioctyl phthalate and modifier, as the latter contains a mixture of polyhexamethylene diisocyanate and polyethylene glycol in the following ratio, wt .: i + 0-BO Poliviene RID 1.0-3.0 Polyethylene glycol Polyhexamethylene, and polyethylene glycol 5-2.0 diisocyanate, Dioctyl phthalate Else As a polyhexamethylene diisocyanate (PGMDI), the composition contains a compound of the formula C, CK (NaC) - | -N (CH-i ft-NCO
