This invention relates to the mining industry and can be used for dedusting when reloading coal from a conveyor to a bunker. A device for suctioning dust-laden air from the discharge funnel of a capital ore pass is known, which includes a chamber, a suction duct, a fan, and an elastic curtain tlj. The disadvantage of this device is dust emission from the discharge device, which necessitates an increase in the amount of suction dusty air. It is also known a device for dedusting bunkers, including a dust extraction slot, a suction pipe and a 2J suction fan. The disadvantage of this device is the impossibility of isolating it while sucking in dusty air. The purpose of the invention is to increase the effectiveness of dust removal. This goal is achieved by the fact that the BbinoreieH suction pipeline in terms of congruent variable cross-sections of the domestic breweries, while the device is equipped with congruent air-breathing variable cross-section air ducts with an air-heating slit made along the entire length, and the air-pressure head of the air supplying structures with its air-heating slit made along the entire length, and the air-breathing air flow from the control section. at an angle to the hormonal plane, and suction air ducts and air-pressure air ducts are installed around the perimeter of the bunker. FIG. 1 shows a bunker, section A-A in FIG. 2; in fig. 2 - bunker, top view. The bunker for bulk materials consists of a housing 1, on the upper plate of which a dust suction device is installed, made in the form of two congruent air intakes 2 and 3, separated by a partition 4. At the same time, air inlets 2 and 3 are filled with a variable cross-section, which allows to create a constant static pressure along the entire length of the air intakes. From the side of the freely falling material, the air intakes 2 and 3 are made with a dust extraction slot 5 of the same width along the entire perimeter of the bunker. Air intakes 2 and 3 are connected to a common suction duct 6 connected to a rough cyclone 7, which through duct 8 is connected to a suction fan 9, the output of which, in turn, is connected to a fine dust collector 1O. The bunker is also equipped with two congruite air-pressure ducts 11 and 12, separated by a partition 4 and connected to a common pressure duct 13 connected to the fan 14. The air ducts 11 and 12 are made with a slot 15 of equal width, which is located along their entire length. The shell 15 is provided with a reflector 16 mounted at an angle to the horizontal plane inside the ducts 11 and 12. This makes it possible to create airborne weight throughout the entire perimeter of the bunker. Air-supply air ducts 11 and 12 are made of variable cross-section, decreasing in the direction of the discharge of the air flow, which allows to create a constant static pressure along the entire length of the ducts 11 and 12, thereby ensuring uniform air flow throughout the length of the slot 15. The device is operated in the following way. When loading the hopper, the bulk material flows freely into the funnel-shaped case 1. The dust formed is carried along by the bulk material, first moves parallel to the material flow, and then, having reached the bottom, rises along the inner surface of the case 1, is sucked into the dust-extraction slot 5, and then through the air intakes 2 and 3 and duct 6 enters cyclones 7, where it is produced from the separation of coarse dust. From cyclones 7 through the air line 8, the fan 9 9 24 dusty stream is fed to the dust collector 1O, where fine dust is separated. At the same time, with the help of a pressure fan 14, air flow is forced through Air duct 13 into Air pressure ducts 11 and 12, and from there air flow through slit 15 is ejected at an angle to the horizontal plane, creating an air curtain around the entire perimeter of the bunker and thereby preventing dust from spreading to the atmosphere. The use of the invention improves the sanitary and hygienic working conditions of miners by preventing the spread of dust into the atmosphere. Formula izob, reteni The device for dedusting bunkers, which includes a dust extraction slot, a suction pipe and a suction fan, characterized in that, with a dedusting efficiency improvement circuit, the suction pipe is made in the form of congruent variable cross-section of ductwork, while the device is fitted with congruent ducts, in the form of congruent variable cross-section ductwork, while the unit is equipped with congruent ducts, in the form of congruent variable duct cross-section, and there are headsets, which are equipped with congruent air ducts; sections that have an air-pressure slit made along the entire length, and the air-pressure air ducts are equipped with reflectors, nnym over vozduhonagnetayuschey slit at an angle to the horizontal plane, and the suction ducts and ducts set for Air Bleed perimetou hopper.
