Description
(5t) METHOD OF AEROBIC STABILIZATION OF WASTE DEPOSITS The invention relates to the treatment of wastewater and can be used to treat sediments formed during wastewater treatment with aerobic stabilization. The known method of aerobic stabilization of a mixture of excess activated sludge and sediment from primary settling tanks, including the operation of mixing the ingredients and subsequent long-term aeration for 10-15 days, consisting in the biological oxidation of the easily decaying organic part of the sediment by bacteria of active sludge 1 J. As a result, The stabilization of the organic part of the sediment, the biologically destructible substances contained in the sediment, is partially mineralized, and partly transformed into inert non-rotting forms, due to a significantly reduced spo lities sediment to decay, which make it obezvoVOD residence and storage without causing environmental damage. The closest to the invention in its technical essence and the achieved result is a method for treating sewage sludge, which consists in intermixing the activated sludge with primary sludge and aerating it in aerotank-type structures 2. As a result of biochemical oxidation of organic rotting components of the sludge during aeration i.e. its rotting ability is significantly reduced. At the same time, as a result of the oxidation of the colloidal sludge particles and their structuring in the form of active sludge claps, its resistivity of filtration is significantly reduced, which provides favorable conditions for sludge dewatering. The rate of biochemical oxidation of organic decaying components of the sediment and the specific filtration resistance of it are

Due to the fact that in the known method there is no data on the technological parameters of stabilization of the mixture of activated sludge and raw sludge of primary clarifiers, the process is reproduced taking into account what has been said. When reproducing the method, the following results were obtained for stabilizing the mixture of activated sludge and the raw sludge of the primary settling tanks. Mixture concentration

Недостатками известного способа вл ютс значительна продолжительность процесса (6-8 сут) аэрации, что влечет за собой необходимость использовани больших объемов стабилизаторов и соответственно значительных капитальных затрат на их строительство, и относительно плохие водоотдающие свойства, которые определ ютс высоким удельным сопротивлением фильтрации (пор дка 0-60-10 см/г) стабилизированного осадка, определ ющие недостаточно высокие производительности иловых площадок при его обезвоживании.sediment, g / l 26-28 Concentration of activated sludge in a mixture of sediments, g / l13-1 Duration of stabilization, day6-8 Specific filtration resistance of stabilized sediment, cm / g LO-60 "10. The disadvantages of this method are the considerable duration of the process (6-8 days) of aeration, which entails the need to use large amounts of stabilizers and, accordingly, significant capital expenditures for their construction, and relatively poor water withdrawal properties, which are determined by a high specific resistance of filtration 0-60-10 cm / g) of stabilized sludge, determining insufficiently high productivity of sludge beds during its dehydration.
The purpose of the invention is to reduce the duration of the process and increase the water release properties of the stabilized sludge.
The goal is achieved by the fact that according to the method of aerobic stabilization of sewage sludge, 3-50 excess active sludge is mixed by ultrasonic treatment before mixing it with raw sludge from primary settling tanks, and then the mixture is aerated.
Preferably, the ultrasonic treatment of activated sludge is carried out at
частоте ультразвуковых колебаний 30-900 кГц, интенсивности волн 5-75 Вт/см и времени обработки 20-120 с.the frequency of ultrasonic vibrations is 30–900 kHz, the wave intensity is 5–75 W / cm, and the processing time is 20–120 s.
At the same time, as a result of ultrasonic treatment of bacteria of activated sludge, the rate of biochemical oxidation of decaying components of sediment increases by 1.7 times, which reduces the duration of the process of aerobic stabilization by 1.7 times.
When sounding, submiochondrial particles are released, which have increased oxidative activity. In addition, the ultrasonic treatment of the activated sludge before mixing it with the raw sludge helps to improve the water withdrawal properties of the sludge as a result of its deeper mineralization, which ensures a decrease in the resistivity of filtration of the stabilized sludge by 1.8–2 times.
The table shows that during ultrasonic treatment of 5 activated sludge for 60 s, the stabilization process time is reduced from 6–8 days to 3.5, i.e. 1.7 times and the water release properties of stabilized sludge improve 1.8-2 times. Reducing the duration of ultrasonic treatment (less than 60 s) and reducing the amount of treated activated sludge (less than 5%) as well as increasing these values leads to a decrease in the effectiveness of the proposed method, i.e. to an increase in the time of aeration of the sediment and its resistivity of filtration. The use of the proposed method of aerobic stabilization of sewage sludge provides, in comparison with the existing method, a reduction in the stabilization time by 1.7 times, which allows to reduce the proportion of the stabilizer proportionally and thereby reduce the capital costs of their construction; Improving the drainage properties of stabilized sediment by 1.8 times allows reducing costs for its further processing (dewatering in sludge beds and vacuum filters).
