(54) СПОСОБ СУШКИ МЕЛКОДИСПЕРСНЫХ МАТЕРИАЛОВ(54) METHOD FOR DRYING SMALL-DISPERSE MATERIALS
Изобретение относитс к технике сушки мелкодисперсных материалов и может быть использовано в химической, горнодобывающей фармацевтической, и других отрасл х промыш ленности. По основному авт. св. N 596794 известен способ сушки мелкодисперсных материалов путем непрерывного перемещени их сло через шлюзовые камеры и СВЧ-резонатор, в к тором увеличивают толщину сло высушиваемого материала путем уменьшени скорости его перемещени по фавнению со скоростью перемещени в шлюзовых камерах 1. Недостатком известного способа вл ютс низкие качество сушки и КПД СВЧ-генератор Пель изобретени - повышение качества сушки и увеличение КПД СВЧ-генератора. Поставленна пель достигаетс тем, что высушиваемый материал в СВЧ-резонаторе перемещают вдоль направлени распространени в ищи СВЧ-пол в точение времени, определ емо го по формуле 2 Мж ; т ;;:г с, -масса жидкой фазы, кг. -удельна скорость испарени при условии полного поглощени , кг/с-кВт,.
