Description
(54) СПОСОБ .АВТОМАТИЧЕСКОГО РЕГУЛИРОВАНИЯ ТЕПЛОВОГО РЕЖИМА ПАРОВОДЯНОГО ТРАКТА Изобретение относитс к теплоэнер , тетике, а именно к способам регулиро вани котлоагрегатов. Известен способ регулировани теплового режима паровод ного тракта парогенератора путем изменени расхода воды или топлива по сигналам задани , температуресреды в промежуточной точке паровод ного тракта и тепловыделению в топочной камере L1. В известном способе в качестве сиг нала, характеризующего тепловыделение в топочной камере, используетс сигнал по плотности рабочей среды. Но этот способ регулировани имеет недостаток, заключающийс в том, что данный сигнал зависит не только от тепловыделени в топочной камере, но и от условий теплообмена. Кроме этого сигнал по плотности рабочей среды учитывает изменени тепловыделени лишь чВ той зоне: топочной, камеры, в кбторой наход тс поверхности нагрева , за которыми производитс отбор ПАРОГЕНЕРАТОРА сигнала, и не учитывает изменение интегрального тепловыделени , что приводит к снижению качества регулировани . Цель изобретени - повышение качества регулировани . Поставленна цель достигаетс тем, что измер ют расходы дымовых газов и воздуха и определ ют их разность, а в качестве сигнала, характеризующего тепловыделение в топке, используют разность измеренных сигналов, Измеренную величину расхода воздуха леред определением разности динамически преобразуют. На чертеже представлена схема реализации способа. The purpose of the invention is to improve the quality of regulation. This goal is achieved by measuring the flow rates of flue gases and air and determining their difference, and using the difference of measured signals as a signal characterizing heat generation in the furnace.
