The invention relates to a measurement technique, namely, to devices for measuring vibrations, and can be used in measuring vibratory overloads on products of modern technology with repeated and prolonged use. Known piezoelectric accelerometers containing a sensitive element, made entirely from piezoelectric material (piezoelectric body) and electrodes, have a small service life and low accuracy characteristics due to the low strength of the sensitive element when exposed to wide-band wide vibration of high levels in the most dangerous for him (transverse) direction 1I and 2J. The low strength of these accelerometers is due to the fact that the piezoelectric body is made with bridges between the base and the ground mass. The cavities for electrode deposition, which are formed during the crossframing, reduce the accuracy of the accelerometer. The closest to the proposed technical entity is an accelerometer consisting of a piezoelectric body (sensing element), having the form of a hollow cylinder with a bottom, on the end of the surface of which two pairs of electrodes are applied by means of firing. The electrodes at the bottom end are separated by an insulating annular groove facing the attachment point 13. However, this accelerometer has a small service life under conditions of high-intensity volumetric vibration, which is explained by the low strength of the sensing element due to transverse accelerations at the upper edge of the bottom of the cylinder. rectangular profile of its side wall. As is well known, for a cylinder with such a wall profile, the section along the bottom edge experiences maximum stresses that lead to destruction over this section. Moreover, since the electrodes of the sensing element are connected in series and the distance between the extreme pair of electrodes is quite significant, the accelerometer is a very small amount (pf). This makes it impossible to get tangible sensitivity when operating in real-life conditions with a long cable line and standard equipment and, therefore, significantly reduces the noise immunity and accuracy characteristics of the accelerometer. The purpose of the invention is to increase the per resource rate of work. The goal is achieved by the fact that in a piezoelectric accelerometer containing a sensitive element made of piezo material in the form of a cylinder with a bottom, and electrodes, the wall of the cylindrical part of the sensitive element is made of variable thickness due to the fact that a sample in the form of a truncated cone, a larger base, is made in the cylinder which is located in the plane of the upper end of the cylinder, and in the bottom - a hole whose axis coincides with the axis of the cylinder, and the electrodes are applied on the outer and inner surfaces of the senses Nogo body member. FIG. 1 schematically shows an accelerometer, a general view; in fig. 2 sensitive element, section AA. The accelerometer consists of a base 1 on which a screw 2 strengthens a sensing element (piezoelectric body) 3 made in the form of a cylinder 4 with a bottom having an aperture 5. The inner walls 6 of the sensing element have a conical shape extending to the bottom with a certain angle of inclination. The electrodes 7 in the sensing element is made on the outer and inner walls of the cylinder. The signal is removed from the contact tracks at the end of the cylinder through the current-collecting ring 8.. Cable 9 The proposed sensing element allows a significant (200 250 times) increase in service life, 8 to 10 times increase the strength of the accelerometer to vibrations and impacts of high intensity . The performance of electrodes on the outer and inner walls of the cylinder allows a significant increase in capacity by several orders of magnitude. Due to the fact that the active layer of the sensing element, located in its cylindrical part, does not have direct contact with the base, the accelerometer's sensitivity to deformation, temperature drops and other external influences are drastically reduced. All this greatly increases the noise immunity and accuracy of the accelerometer. The invention includes a piezoelectric accelerometer containing a sensing element with electrodes, made of piezo material in the form of a cylinder with a bottom, which is characterized by the fact that, in order to increase the accelerometer vibration, a sample in the form of a truncated cone, the larger base of which is located in the plane of the upper end cylinder, and in the bottom hole, the axis of which coincides with the axis of the cylinder. The electrodes are deposited on the outer and inner surfaces of the sensing element. Sources of information taken into account during the examination 1. USSR author's certificate No. 472587, cl.
