Description
Кроме того, на единицу длины датчика может быть размещено большее количество зубьев, что также позвол ет повы ить точность измерени длины треНИНЫ .The invention relates to a technique for measuring the deformation of materials by electrical methods and can be used to determine the length f of the direction and speed of the development of fatigue cracks in electrical materials and metal structures. The purpose of the invention is to improve the accuracy and functionality. The drawing shows the proposed sensor. The sensor contains an insulating under scoop 1, on which a comb-shaped lining is placed, made in the ground of the base 2 connected to the teeth 3. Each tooth is equipped with a pad 4, the area of each pad 4 starting from the pad of the second tooth more than the previous one tooth. The base 1 is connected to the electrical unit 5, the electropower object 6 also has an electrical terminal 7, the sensor is installed on the object so that the expected development of cracks is directed perpendicular to the tooth m 3, the sensor capacity is measured 2 between the electrodes 6 and 7 by known methods The sensor works as follows. When a crack passes through the sensor, teeth 3 are cut off, which leads to an abrupt change in its capacitance relative to the object 6, the length of the crack is determined by the number of jumps, and the direction is ascending or killed. The value of the sensor capacity jumps. Such a constructive implementation of the sensor makes it possible to increase the accuracy of measuring the length and direction of crack development, especially in cases where the crack does not spread strictly below the right angle of the tooth 3, since the area of the tooth itself is less than the area of the pad 4. In this case the tooth is broken or Base 2 or at the site area 4 will be deciphered unambiguously and will not lead to an error, in contrast to the known one, in which the opening of a tooth at different heights leads to an error in determining the direction. In addition, a larger number of teeth can be placed per unit length of the sensor, which also allows to increase the accuracy of measuring the length of the TRAININ.
