Description

Methods are known for preserving net materials with sulphite liquor and products of its oxidation with chrompeak with simultaneous formation of a copper complex. Odiac treatment is ineffective due to the low resistance of the red complex and the small amount of copper retained in this case (from 0.15 to 0.27% copper-based on metal).

The proposed method of preserving net materials makes it possible to obtain net materials with more firmly fixed copper, with its content from 0.5 to 0.8% in terms of metallic copper.

A distinctive feature of the method is that the materials are treated separately, first with a solution of sulphite-cellulose liquors and copper sulphate, then with a solution of bromide and soda, and finally with coal tar.

The described method is carried out as follows:

1. Prepare an impregnation bath containing 400 g of sulfitecellulose extract, 250 g of copper sulphate and 8 liters of water for each kilogram / a. Of network materials. Then, dry; 1 outflows of net materials are immersed in a bath of boiling solution, and supt.pc. Of cellulose liquors and copper sulphate and removed for one hour at a temperature of 95 °. After that, the impregnated network materials are removed, the solution is allowed to drain, or they are squeezed.

Impregnating net materials absorb 1.4-1.6 liters of solution per kilogram of net materials, but the concentration of the impregnating bath does not change due to this, so the solution remaining in the bath is not poured, but a solution of cellulose extract and copper sulphate is used in subsequent impregnations. at the initial conceptual level to the previous level of the bath.
