Изобретение относитс к устройствам дл очистки волокнистого материала и может быть использовано в текстильной промышленности. Известна колосникова решетка, содер жаща смонтированные в дугообразных боковинах параллельные, стержни и втулки , надетые на стержни с возможностью поворота вокруг своих осей 11. Недостатками известной решетки вл ютс мала эффективность очистки вви ду отсутстви встр хивани материала щэи протаскивании его по колосникам «решетки, а также опасность закручивани волокна вокруг колосников, что ведет к его порче. Цель изобретени - повышение очисти тельного эффекта. Указанна цель достигаетс тем, что в колосниковой решетке, содержащей смонтированные в дугообразных боковинах параллельные стержни и надетые на них втулки, последние установлены на стержн х с зазором не более 0,1-0,15 наружного диаметра втулки. На фиг. 1 изображена тф едложенна колосникова решетка; на фиг. 2 - А-А на фиг. 1. Колосникова решетка содержит стержни 1, смонтированные в боковинах 2 посредством подшипников 3, и втулки 4, надетые с зазором на стержни 1. Колосникова решетка работает следующим образом. Хлопок.;ырец поступает к рабочему барабану, колки которого захватывают хлопок а протаскивает его по колосникам решетки. При таком сложном движении втулок 4 происходит дополнительное встр хива ие хлопка, способствующее лучшему вьщелению из него сорных примесей. Дл уменьшени шума при работе очистител втулки могут быть выполнены из пластмассы , а в зазоремежду стержнем и вт лкой в трех местах по их длине могут быть установлены упругие подушки (на чертеже не показано).
