Природный клиноптилолит дешев и доступен, а кроме того имеет более высокую механическую прочность, что преп тствует его распылению при многоцикловой работе и удлин ет срок службы адсорбента.the use of kerosene gasoil distillates (transformer oil distillate) as a raw material along with hetero-organic compounds (resins, acids, etc.) also adsorb polycyclic aromatic and hybrid hydrocarbons (containing fragments of aromatic, naphthenic and paraffinic hydrocarbons) After cleaning, the oxidation stability and dielectric characteristics of the product, transformer oil, increase dramatically. The method is carried out as follows. Distillate transformer oil diluted with gasoline Galosha or n-hexane (1: 1), is contacted in countercurrent with a moving layer of adsorbent — a granulated natural clinoptiloilite — with particle sizes of 0.25-0.5 mm (20%) and 0.5- 1 mm (80), which at the bottom of the adsorber is attached at the top 20-30. The ratio of raw materials and adsorbents is 1: 1 - 1: 3. The average feed rate of the solution of the raw material (bottom up), 300-350 ml / h. After purification, the solvent is removed from the raffinate by distillation to 120 ° C and then 0.3 antioxidant additive (ionol) is obtained and a product, transformer oil, is obtained. Desorption of resinous substances and polycyclic aromatic carbohydrates. The labors from the adsorbent are carried out with ethyl alcohol and water at the same temperature. The treated adsorbent is dried and then, as necessary, its oxidative regeneration is carried out in a known manner. Example 1 Take a distillate distillate oil diluted with n-hexane (1: 1). A natural clinoptilolite from the Dzegvi deposit (Georgian SSR) with grain sizes of 0.25-0.5 mm (20%) and 0.5-1 mm (801) is used as the adsorbent. The ratio of raw material and adsorbent is 1: 1, the feed rate of the raw material is 335 ml / h. 1 Adsorption flows in countercurrent. After distilling off the solvent from the raffinate and adding an antioxidant additive (0, transformer oil is obtained in an amount of 88-90; sulfur content is 0.079 (in the original distillate is 0.2%). Example 2. Transformer oil distillate diluted with Haloshin gasoline (1 : 1), the same natural clinoptilolite serves as an adsorbent, the ratio of raw material and adsorbent is 1: 3, adsorption purification is carried out in countercurrent, the feed rate of the raw material is 300 ml / h. 8788%, sulfur content 0, RMS% (0.2% in initial distillate), Characteristics of transformer oil obtained in examples 1 and 2 are presented in the table. As can be seen from the table, the obtained samples of transformer oil fully meet the current standards , and in terms of basic performance indicators (dielectric oil, stability against oxidation, etc.) significantly exceed the required standards. The use of natural clinoptilolite as an adsorbent instead of small-spherical industrial aluminosilicate provides Vaeth effective cleaning of the transformer oil distillate with simultaneous release heteroorganic and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and deep drying the distillate. Natural clinoptilolite is cheap and available, and also has a higher mechanical strength, which prevents its spraying during high-cycle operation and extends the service life of the adsorbent.
