(54) DOSING PUMP
The invention relates to a pump engineering industry, relates to hydraulically driven metering pumps, and can be used in various sectors of the national economy for the dosing of fluids. A metering pump is known that contains a pumping chamber, two diaphragms, between which a closed cavity is formed, a restrictive grating installed on the side of the pumping chamber and adjacent to one of the diaphragms, regulating a cavity located on the side of another diaphragm and bounded by a movable wall, and a pulsator I A disadvantage of the known pump is the dependence of the volumetric flow on the pressure of the dosed medium, which is associated with the presence of an elastic medium, a gas, between the orifices. This reduces the metering accuracy. In addition, the presence of an elastic medium in the system reduces the dynamic characteristics of the pump. The purpose of the invention is to increase the accuracy of dosing and improve the dynamic characteristics of the pump. This goal is achieved by the fact that the closed cavity communicates with the pulsator and is additionally equipped with a porous diaphragm installed in it. The drawing shows the scheme of the proposed pump. In the pump casing 1, a pump chamber 2 is made and two diaphragms 3 and 4 are installed. On the side of the pump chamber 2 a restrictive grating 5 is placed adjacent to the diaphragm 3. On the side of the other diaphragm 4 there is a regulating cavity 6 filled with liquid and limited by the movable wall 7. Cavity 6 formed by a bellows 8 connected to the wall 7. The movable wall 7 is provided with a displacement mechanism 9. The cavity 10 between the diaphragms 3 and 4 is in communication with the pulsator 11 and is additionally equipped with a porous diaphragm 12 installed in it. Asosn chamber 2 has controllable suction 13 and discharge 14 valves, the control cavities 15 and 16 of which are connected to the pulsator 11. Through the suction valve 13, the pump chamber 2 is connected to the power supply 17, and through
