Устройство дл  регулировани  скорости вод ных турбин представл ет собой механизм, дополнительный к стандартной колонке / ручного управлени  турбины. Дл  автоматического управлени  вала колонки / в устройстве применен масл ный сервомотор 2 одностороннего действи  с противовесом 5 и штоком 4, воздействующим на щкив 5 вала колонки / в сторону открыти  лопаток направл ющего аппарата.
