(54) RAIL LIFT MECHANISM
FIELD OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to lifting means and relates to the design of the lifting mechanism of a rack hoist.
1.A known lifting mechanism for a rack-and-pinion hoist, comprising an engine with a brake and a gearbox, the output shaft of which is connected via a clutch to a drive gear that interacts with the hoist mast, the clutch being made in the form of two gear half couplings, coupled by gear bushing 1.
The disadvantages of this drive are the high dynamic load on the lift and the low operational reliability.
The purpose of the invention is to reduce the dynamic loads on the lift and increase its reliability in operation.
The goal is achieved by the fact that one of the coupling halves is connected to the output shaft of the gearbox, and the other is made with a threaded hole and is provided with an additional shaft connected to the drive shaft and a set of spring-loaded springs, and at the end of the additional shaft connected to the drive shaft, and the springs are located at the other end of the shaft.
2 (упругое соединением валов).FIG. 1 - lift, general view; in fig. 2 - plan of the lifting mechanism; in fig. 3 shows the node I in FIG. 2 (elastic joint shaft).
17.Mast 1 is equipped with cab 2 on running rollers 3-5, the cab is equipped with a lifting mechanism consisting of electric motor 6, brake 7, gearbox 8 and driving gear 9, which is in engagement with the rail 10 mounted on the front face of mast 1. On the output shaft 11, the gearbox 8 is mounted on the pin 12 of the gear floor of the coupling 13. A gear sleeve is put on the teeth of this coupling half, consisting of two parts 14 and 15 that are bolted to the flanges. On the other hand, this toothed bushing engages the toothed coupling half 16, which has a threaded hole in which an additional shaft 17 is screwed, which leads to the drive shaft 9. At the end of the shaft 20, a stop plate 18 is attached, fixed to the shaft with a crown nut 19. On the shaft 17, disc springs 20, an anti-thrust washer 21, and a sub-head 22 abutting the shoulders of the shaft 17 are mounted.
The device works as follows.
When the cabin moves along the mast, the moment of the weight of these parts is transmitted to the shaft 17. At the same time, due to the direction of work on this shaft, the toothed coupling half 16 tends to move along the thread along the axis of the shaft to the abutment 22. The teeth of the coupling half 16 when. This slides in the slots of the part 15 of the gear sleeve. The movement of the coupling half 16 occurs regardless of the sign of the torque applied to the shaft 11, i.e., regardless of the direction of movement of the cab up or down, because when moving the cab in either direction, the shafts 17 and 11 are twisted by the moment from the weight of the cab always directed in one direction. If the cabin is seated on catchers, the cabin is not held by a lifting mechanism, but by catchers. Therefore, the shaft 17 is not affected by the specified time from the weight. At the same time, the flywheel of the actuator continues to rotate by inertia even after landing on catchers. The moment of rotation of the masses is transmitted through the shaft 11, the gear half coupling 13, parts 14, 15 of the gear sleeve half coupling 16, which begins to move along the thread along the shaft 17, at which time the cup springs 20 are pressed. These springs are clamped between washers 21 and 18. Over by compressing these springs, it quenches the kinetic energy of swinging rotating masses. A similar phenomenon occurs when landing cab on the buffer.
When the engine is started to remove the cab from the catchers of lifting from the buffers, the first gear coupling 16 again moves along the thread along the shaft 17 until it stops at the prop 22, and only after that the torque transfers the shaft 17, which drives the pinion gears 9, i.e. lifts the cabin. Pad 22 helps reduce friction from axial load. The thread on the shaft is performed with a belt
Направление резьбы выбираетс в зависимости от конструкции раздаточной коробки таким, что под действием момента от собственного веса кабины и каретки зубчата полумуфта при вращении вала с резьбой смещаетс в сторону подп тника.several visits, which allows to increase its schag and ensure the removal of the cockpit from catchers. For this purpose, an appropriate thread elevation angle is also selected. Depending on the design of the transfer case, the direction of the thread is chosen such that, under the action of the moment from the dead weight of the cab and the carriage, the gear half coupling moves as the shaft rotates with the thread in the direction of the subframe.
This device can reduce the dynamic loads on the lift and increase its reliability.
