The purpose of the invention is to increase the efficiency of the mixer by improving the quality of the foam.

The mixer for the preparation of gypsum mixes contains a loading 1 and 2 discharge nozzles, a housing 3 with a pipe 4 for supplying water and a frother and a hollow shaft 5 located in it with a distributor plate 6, the end part of which is perforated with blades located in its cavity 7, and on the outer surface of the shaft are fixed radial brackets 8 with fingers 9.

The mixer is equipped with a pipe for supplying compressed air 10 with a nozzle 11 and having openings 12 on the peripheral part of the partition 13 attached to the housing 3 around the perimeter with the formation of chambers, each of which has radial arms 8 with fingers 9, and the mixing device is driven by rotating the planetary gear, on the satellites 14 of which the blades 7 are mounted, and the crown 15 is rigidly fixed on the inner surface of the hollow shaft 5, and the nozzle for supplying compressed air 10 is located coaxially in the pipeline for supplying water 4, and the latter is connected with a hollow shaft 5 in its end portion.

The mixture of gypsum into the binder with powdered and fibrous additives is introduced through the charging port 1 into the housing 3. At the same time, through the pipeline 4, water is supplied through the holes in the hollow shaft 5, the foaming agent and through the pipe 10 - compressed air.

The foam from the shaft 5 through the holes enters the upper chamber, where it mixes with the baking additives. The resulting mixture, through the openings 12 in the partition 13, passes into the lower chamber, is additionally mixed, and the finished homogeneous porous gypsum-concrete mixture is discharged through the nozzle 2.

The proposed implementation of the mixer provides the preparation of high-quality homogeneous porous gypsum concrete mix.
