Description
The proposed base for an oil rig at sea is intended for a sea depth of 25 meters or more; it can also be used with much greater depth. All elements of the pile foundation are made on the shore and are transported in finished form to the work site, where they are installed. The base is applicable to any soils, but it is assumed that the geological structure of the seabed is explored in advance.
3-схема процесса установки основани .FIG. 1 is depicted in terms of the placement of sections; in fig. 2- base, side view; in fig. 3 is a schematic of the base installation process.
The base consists of four supporting rigid core spatial parallelepipeds 1, 2, 3 and 4 and three spans 5, 6 and 7 located between them. The four vertical posts of each section consist of 16-18 pipes, the tubular edges 8 of the parallelepiped, inside the edges hollow piles of 9 circular sections are also made of pipes of smaller diameter.
,Piles and intertube space filled with concrete. ,
The lattice of sections is double, i.e. it covers tubular struts on two sides, which increases their rigidity. In addition, the double grille serves as a route, when it is installed with other additional piles that are needed to increase the surface bearing capacity. The span is suspended from the consoles between the sections.
11.All base parts are made on shore and transported to the work site by barge, with the exception of heavy parallelepipeds that can be delivered on special pontoons. The buoyant crane JO removes from the special pontoon the finished base section (paralleleniped) and holds it at a certain height above the installation site. The steel tubular piles 9 with shoes passed through the tubular corner posts of the section are freed from the clamps at points 10 and under the action of their own weight are lowered to the bottom, after which they are again connected by clamps at the same points 11.
№ 90015- 2 -No. 90015-2 -
Thus, part of the weight of the section is transferred to four piles 9. Electromagnetic vibrators of limestone type, located inside the tubular piles 9 in their lower part, are now being used. After the piles have been deepened by a certain amount (2.5-3.0-g), the clamps 10 are released and, with the help of a crane, the section moves up, along the piles 9. The clamps 11 are fixed again and the whole operation is repeated from the beginning. Electric vibrators are removed from the piles 9, charges are lowered to the lower end of the piles, and camouflet explosions are alternately performed, forming internal cavities. These cavities, beds and annular space are immediately filled with concrete from above.
The subject is invented and
1. Svaynoe base for the rig on the sea, characterized in that it consists of four rigid spatial parallelepipeds, interconnected by span structures, each parallelepiped made with tubular ribs, 15I / tr to: Or: x props, pins, filled with concrete.
2. installation base on n. 1 with the use of a silo crane, and in order to lower the piles into the soft roxMV, the joints are passed through the pipes before the bashmak of the pile touches the bottom of the pile: ios :: from the pile of the pile is connected through the pipes with parallelemepiped, thereby transferring the power of its weight to the pile pile.
