The drawing shows an installation for cooling an electronic apparatus of a fish. An installation for cooling an electronic equipment includes an evaporator 1, in which a cooled device 2 and a condenser 3 installed above the evaporator 1, combined by a gas line 4 and a liquid line 5 in a closed circulation circuit, are placed. In parallel with the evaporator I, a tank 6 is installed with the developed surface of the heat transfer mirror connected to the liquid and gas lines 5 and 4. On the gas line 4 between the evaporator I and the condenser 3, an adjustable choke 7 with a drive 8 is installed. In the gas field of the evaporator. 1, a pressure sensor 9 is installed, communicated with an amplifier-conversion-input. The unit 10, the output of which is communicated with the drive 8. The installation works as follows. From the condenser 3, the liquid coolant under its own weight through the liquid line 5 enters the evaporator 1, evaporates, takes heat from the cooled device 2, and then through the throttle 7 via the gas line 4 enters the condenser 3. The temperature control in the evaporator 1 is based on a one-to-one dependences between the solid state boiling point and the pressure of the above average steam coolant. When the boiling point of the coolant decreases, the choke 7 by means of the amplifier-converting unit 10 according to the signal of the sensor 9 increases the degree of throttling of the steam flow of the heat carrier. The pressure drop between the gas cavities of the evaporator 1 and the tank 6 on the one hand and the condenser 3 on the other hand increases and a part of the liquid heat carrier is displaced from the tank 6 into the condensate 3. Since the tank 6 has a developed surface of the heat carrier mirror, the liquid level in the evaporator i at this practically does not change, and the liquid level in the condenser 3 rises, which drives the decrease in the condensation surface (the change in pressure drop in the throttle 7 is compensated for by changing the difference in the levels of coolant in the condenser Ator evaporator 3 and 1). With an increase in the kieni temperature of the coolant, the process occurs opposite to that described. Thus, in the process of regulating the surface of the condensation surface is consistent with the mode of operation of the installation, and the temperature and pressure of the heat carrier in the evaporator 1 remain unchanged. In the case of using freon F-11 as the heat carrier, the pressure drop in the throttle 7 is about 1.14 to 10 Pa at the evaporation and condensation temperatures 42 and, respectively, and the absolute pressure of the saturated steam of the coolant in the evaporator is 1.862 x 10 Pa. Combined use of adjustable throttle 7 installed at the entrance to the condenser 3, and a tank 6 with a developed surface of the liquid mirror installed parallel to the evaporator 3, allows maintaining the temperature of the heat transfer medium in the evaporator 1 with high accuracy stability of cooling conditions. An apparatus for cooling electronic equipment, comprising an evaporator and a condenser installed above it, combined by gas and liquid lines into a closed circulation loop, characterized in that, in order to maintain the temperature and pressure within specified limits throughout the entire cooling process, the unit is equipped with a tank with a developed surface of the heat transfer mirror mounted parallel to the evaporator and connected to the liquid and gas lines and installed on the gas line m forward to the evaporator and the condenser, with adjustable throttle actuator, amplifying and transducing unit and the pressure sensor. communicated with gaeoshoy cavity evaporator.
