Description

The invention relates to the quality of waste solutions and can be used in the production of building products, mainly for pipes with armored concrete insulation. Known mortar, including cement, sand, gypsum, ash TPP 1 .. However, the composition has a high shrinkage deformation. The closest to the one proposed is solution 2, including the following components, wt%: Cement 19-47 Sand 47-74 Gypsum 0.25-2.0 Pigment 0.25-2.0 Caseino-cement glue 0.15-4.0 Known The composition is characterized by insufficient compressive strength and low frost resistance. The purpose of the invention is to increase the compressive strength and frost resistance of the solution. ; The goal is achieved that the mortar, including Iortland cement, gypsum, building sand, water, contains sand of a fraction of 0.1-3.0 mm and additionally asbestos in the following ratio of components, weight.h Portland cement 2.2-2 , 6 Sand fraction 0.13, 0 mm0.3-0.6 Construction gypsum 0.1-0.2 Asbestos 0.8-1.0 Water2.1-2.4 Example. Three mortars are prepared, the compositions of which are listed in Table 1. Samples are formed from the resulting mixture — cubes of size 100 100100 mm and beams 15JI15X60 mm, which are left in the workshop for hardening for 1 day. To determine the final strength, the samples were incubated for 28 days. Table 2 shows the physico-mechanical properties of the proposed and known solutions. As can be seen from the above data, the durability of compression and frost resistance of the proposed solution is significantly higher than the known.
