(54) ТРАНСПОРТЕР МОРОЗИЛЬНОГО АППАРАТА Изобретение относитс к холодильно промьшшенности, а именно к транспорте рам морозильных аппаратов дл замораживани , преимущественно, плодов, год и овощей. Наиболее близким к изобретению по технической сущности и достигаемому результату вл етс транспортер морозильного аппарата, включающий т говый орган в виде роликов, соединенных пластинчатыми элементами, и сетчатую ленту ПЗ Однако в этом устройстве возможны смерзание продукта в блоки и примерзание его к ленте транспортера. Цель изобретени - предотвращение Ьмерзани сырь в блоки и примерзание его к ленте транспортера. Дл достижени этой цели в транспортере морозильного аппарата, содержащем т говый орган в виде роликов, соединенных пластинчатыми элементами, и сетчатую ленту, под верхней ветвью транспортера размещен двуплечий рычаг , одно плечо которого подпружинено и установлено с возможностью взаимодействи с роликами, а другое - с лентой транспортера. На фиг.1 схематически изображен предлагаемый транспортер, общий вид; на фиг.2 то же, вид сверху. Транспортер морозильного аппарата содержит роликопластинчатый т говый орган 1 с роликами 2 и несущую сетчатую ленту 3. Под верхней ветвью транс портера з становлен подпружиненный в сторону противоположную направлению перемещени , двуплечий рычаг 4 одно плечо 5 которого вза:имодействует с роликами 2, а другое плечо 6 - с несущей лентой 3. Рычаг 4 своим плечом 5 св зан с возвратной пружиной 7. Транспортер работает следующим образом . При движении т гового органа 1 ролики 2 набегают на плечо 5 рычага 4 и отвод т его вниз от сетчатой ленты 3, раст гива при этом пружину 7. The purpose of the invention is to prevent freezing of raw materials into blocks and freezing it to the conveyor belt. To achieve this goal, in the conveyor of the freezer, containing a traction body in the form of rollers connected by plate elements, and a mesh belt, under the upper branch of the conveyor is a double-arm lever, one arm of which is spring-loaded and installed to interact with the rollers and the other with the belt transporter.
