Description
The invention relates to the building materials industry, in particular to the production of cement clinker in rotary kilns, and can be applied to improve the durability of the lining in a rotary kiln in the production of white cement. A known method of restoration of the coating is achieved by introducing additives to the set of coating from the hot end, where pyrite cinders 1 are used as additives. However, iron-containing (up to 70%) pyrite cinders cannot be used to restore the coating in the production of white cement, Not only do they have a sharply negative effect on the quality of white cement, but they also do not lead to the formation of a stable coating. The closest to the proposed is a composition that includes phosphorus slag and chalk waste (2. The disadvantage is the infusion of the coating. The purpose of the invention is to increase the cost and intensify the restoration of the coating during the production of white cement without reducing its quality. The goal is achieved by that the composition for stabilizing the coating of a rotary kiln, including phosphoric slag and filler, contains diatomite as a filler in the following ratio of components, wt.%: Phosphoric slag 10-90 Diatomite 90 10 The composition is prepared and are as follows: Diatomite and phosphoric slag are metered, mixed, and ground to produce a powder with an IHHo surface of 1500-3000 cm / g. The composition for stabilizing the coating is determined depending on the defect of the lining and the required height of the coating set in the furnace. For example, if a local collapse of the coating occurs in the sintering zone, then to apply the coating to the area of the defect in the lining vary composition containing 90% phosphate ass and 10% diatomite. If a . it is required to apply a coating throughout
